★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu profesionální přístup. Minulý týden jsem přišel a chtěl na pondělí nachystat 11 termoregulačních topenářských ventilů. Paní velice ochotná, že není problém. Ventily mají pořád a v dostatečném množství. V pondělí jsem přišel a pán mi suše oznámil že smůla, že všechny ventily před chvílí vydal kolegovi. Není to poprvé co mě takto vyšplouchli, takže za mě M9 už nikdy!
Really professional approach. Last week I came and wanted to prepare 11 thermoregulation heating valves on Monday. The lady is very willing that there is no problem. The valves are always and in sufficient quantities. I came on Monday and the gentleman told me dryly that it was unfortunate that he had given all the valves to a colleague a while ago. This is not the first time they have sprained me like this, so M9 will never be for me again!
