Byl jsem zde příjemně překvapen. They have everything here. :-) I was looking for a USB adapter and a USB OTG cable. They both had in stock and for a better price than on the internet. Super shop and helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised here.

Incomprehensible how huge an assortment of things of all kinds is hidden in this store. If you need ANYTHING, come to the square in Vizovice!
K	Karel Mrnuštík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakupuju tady pravidelně a jsem maximálně spokojen. Když nevím co kde je, zeptám se a hned mě prodavačka nasměruje do správné lokace, kde danou věc najdu. (minule třeba víčko na kanystr - ani bych nečekal že to tam budou mít) Kupuju tady od hrnků na kafe přes žárovky, věci do koupelny, až po gola-sady a jiné nářadí... Všechno mají, zbytečné jezdit někam jinam. I shop here regularly and I am extremely satisfied. If I don't know what is where, I ask and the saleswoman immediately directs me to the right location where I can find the thing. (last time, for example, the lid for the canister - I wouldn't even expect them to have it there) I buy here from coffee mugs to light bulbs, things for the bathroom, to gola-sets and other tools ...
M	Miroslav Sršeň on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do tohoto obchodu chodím pravidelně jelikož tu žádný jiný obchod tohoto typu není, avšak to s jakou mírou znechucení odtud pokaždé odcházím je až neuvěřitelná. Prodavačky jsou absolutně bez zájmu, když se na něco člověk slušně zeptá tak prodavačky buď nic neví nebo jsou neochotné jako by ztratili chuť do života, popřípadě se chovají nadrazeně jako z minulého režimu. Obchod dobrý ale personál by potřeboval buď poučit jak jednat s zákazníky nebo změnit povolání. Př. Vedoucí si připadá jako ředitelka zeměkoule s výrazy jako -ani tak jednoduchou věc jako účtenku nezvládnou, huláka přes celou prodejnu apod. I go to this store regularly because there is no other store of this type, but the degree of disgust I leave here every time is unbelievable. The saleswomen are absolutely uninterested when one asks a decent question, so the saleswomen either know nothing or are reluctant as if they have lost their zest for life, or they behave superiorly as from the previous regime. Business good but staff would need to either instruct how to deal with customers or change professions. Ex. The leader feels like the director of a globe with expressions like -and they can't do such a simple thing as a receipt, shouting through the whole store, etc.

Člověk aby se bál o něco poprosit nebo se vůbec zeptat.. Což je velice smutné...? In today's complaint (and not only in it, but also for asking for selected goods, the manager is very reluctant, nervous and has no dealings with customers. One should be afraid to ask for something or ask at all .. Which is very sad ... ?
