★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy nespolehejte na dane slovo a dohodu s maklerem M&M Reality. Dvakrat behem jedine transakce mi doslova par minut pred podpisem smlouvy dohodu zrusili s tim, ze se ozvali dalsi zajemci ochotni mne preplatit, a znovu a znovu zahajili drazbu!!! Jednou jsem nabidl nejvice, podruhe uz jsem se toho odmitl ucastnit.
Odesel jsem k male RK, kde shodou okolnosti meli velmi podobnou nemovitost take v nabidce. Pani majitelka puvodni cenu dodrzela, i pres to, ze pozdejsi zajemci opet nabizeli vice. Odmitla to s tim, ze cti nasi dohodu, a jeji povest na trhu je pro ni velmi dulezita. Proto jsem se rozhodl pres jeji kancelar dat sve ostatni nemovitosti do pronajmu.
Jednorazovy vydelek neni vse, vazena M&M Reality
Never rely on the tax word and agreement with the M&M Reality broker. Twice during a single transaction, literally a few minutes before signing the contract, they canceled the agreement with the proviso that other interested parties were willing to overpay me, and they started the auction again and again !!! Once I offered the most, the second time I refused to participate.
I went to a small agency, where coincidentally they had a very similar property on offer. The owner kept the original price, despite the fact that later bidders again offered more. She refused, saying that she honored our agreement, and her reputation in the market was very important to her. That's why I decided to rent all other properties through her office.
