★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatná zkušenost, konkrétně s realitní makléřkou Danuší Navrátilovou. Na sjednanou prohlídku pronájmu jsme dorazili s předstihem, nicméně makléřky jsme se nedočkali. Půl hodiny jsme čekali venku před vchodem a pokoušeli se opakovaně dovolat, bez úspěchu. Po 40 minutách jsme se dovolali a dozvěděli se, že paní právě odjela, protože byt už si rezervovali jiní zájemci. Kdyby hned zavolala a řekla, že má vážné zájemce a prohlídka s námi se ruší, pochopím to. Nicméně nechat nás s malým dítětem ve větrném počasí čekat venku několik desítek minut, a poté do telefonu dělat hloupou, že nás nikde neviděla, přičemž k hlavnímu vchodu se nikdo ani nešel podívat, a že během jednání telefony nechtěla brát, i když současně tvrdila, že nás očekávala, svědčí pouze o neseriózním jednání.
Very bad experience, specifically with real estate agent Danuša Navrátilová. We arrived at the agreed rental inspection in advance, however, we did not see the broker. We waited outside the entrance for half an hour, trying to call repeatedly, without success. After 40 minutes, we called and learned that the lady had just left, because other people had already booked the apartment. If she called right away and said she was serious and the tour was canceled with us, I would understand. However, letting us and a small child wait outside for a few tens of minutes in windy weather, and then make a fool of themselves on the phone that she didn't see us anywhere, no one even went to look at the main entrance, and that she didn't want to take phones during the meeting, even though she also claimed that she was expecting us only testifies to frivolous behavior.
