★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jsem s touto firmou skončil hned u telefonu , paní co to zvedla byla totálně nepříjemná , neochotná se mnou vůbec něco řešit, jen mě pořád upozorňovala že tohle bude stát tolik a tohle tolik a když jsem chtěl tedy vědět za co přesně budu platit tak už její tón byl opravdu neprofesionální. Na co nabízí službu ,když je vlastně člověk otravuje?
Unfortunately, I ended up with this company right on the phone, the lady who picked it up was totally unpleasant, reluctant to deal with me at all, she just kept warning me that this would cost so much and this so much, and if I wanted to know exactly what I would pay for her tone was really unprofessional. What does the service offer when one actually annoys them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30.4 jsem vytvářel objednávku na náhradní díly pro fritézu ... po týdnu jsem jim musel sám napsat, zdali objednávku opravdu přijali, protože týden na doručení se mi zdál trošku delší, poté jsem byl ale informován, že díl bude doručen do 10-14 dní... už je to měsíc a já stále čekám na díl nebo informaci, zdali vůbec bude někdy doručen. Nepochybuji o kvalitách servisu, ale zákaznický servis na e-shopu trošku zaostává.
30.4 I created an order for spare parts for the fryer ... after a week I had to write them myself if they really accepted the order, because the week of delivery seemed a little longer, but then I was informed that the part will be delivered within 10-14 days ... it's been a month and I'm still waiting for a piece or information on whether it will ever be delivered. I have no doubt about the quality of service, but customer service on the e-shop lags a bit.
