★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost. Brýle nosím celý život, takže do optik jsem se nebo nachodil. Zde nejlepší zážitek, co jsem zatím absolvoval. Milí a profesionální, všechno vysvětlili, konečně chápu, co se s mýma očima děje. Velmi doporučuji, rád se sem vrátím zas.
Absolute satisfaction. I have been wearing glasses my whole life, so I went to or from an optician. Here's the best experience I've ever had. Nice and professional, they explained everything, I finally understand what is happening to my eyes. I highly recommend, I would love to come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Všichni velice milí a ceny o mnoho nižší než jinde. Příklad: za stejnou výměnu skla chtěli ve FOKUS 2500,00 kdežto zde jsem platil 700,00 Kč. Chodím tam už od roku 2001 - 16 let - takže je vidět, že jsem spokojený. Na místě je v určitých dnech i oční lékařka, rovněž milá a také kompetentní.
All very nice and prices much lower than elsewhere. Example: for the same replacement of glass in FOKUS wanted 2500.00, while here I paid 700.00 CZK. I have been going there since 2001 - 16 years - so I can see that I am satisfied. An eye doctor, also nice and competent, is also on the spot on certain days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neopravitelné brýle se staly opravitelnými a to díky šikovnému "opraváři" brýlí. Nyní mohu opět nosit své image brýle :). Velmi sympatické, milé a profesionální prodejkyně, které mi nic neslibovaly, ale přání splnily. Doporučuji ve všech směrech (prodej, nabídka sortimentu, přístup, oprava, ...) a pokud budu potřebovat další jejich služby, opět se sem ráda vrátím.
Unrepairable glasses have become repairable thanks to a handy "glasses repairman". Now I can wear my image glasses again :). Very nice, nice and professional saleswomen who did not promise me anything, but fulfilled the wishes. I recommend in all directions (sales, range offer, access, repair, ...) and if I need other services, I will be happy to return here again.
