★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha nebyla moc příjemná. Udělal jsem objednávku, řekli, že zavolají příští den, když to bude hotové. Nikdo se neozval. Cenově je to super. Ale radši bych zaplatil víc, a měl bych lepší obsluhu.
 The service was not very pleasant. I made an order, they said they would call the next day when it's done. No one answered. It is great price. But I'd rather pay more and get better service.

V této tiskárně se ale setkávám s naprosto profesionálním, klidným jednáním, kdy mám pocit, že i samotné tiskárně záleží na dobrém výsledku. Perfektní přístup, sdělení všech informací, velké možnosti, kvalitní tisk, skvělá cena. Rozhodně velmi doporučuji a příště přijdu zas.
As a graphic artist, I really have enough horror stories from Prague printers in stock. In this printer, however, I meet with a completely professional, calm behavior, when I feel that the printer itself depends on a good result. Perfect approach, communication of all information, great possibilities, quality printing, great price. I definitely highly recommend and I'll come again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Můžu jen doporučit. Tiskla jsem svatební oznámení vlastního designu. Nejdřív jsem dostala 1 vzorek, abych se ujistila v objednávce a po schválení jsem druhý den měla vytištěnou celou várku.
I can only recommend. I printed a wedding invitation of my own design. First I received 1 sample to make sure in the order and after approval I had the whole batch printed the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the same experience as the reviewer Lugen von Maidenburgen. This place only worked for me when I was coming with small, uncomplicated orders. But when I brought a portion of work that they considered large (about ten book volumes to bind, which is actually not much), the problems started to unfold: They were not able or willing to process the order on the same day, and so I had to come on another day to pick it up. And when they f***ed up with one of the volumes to bind, they argued and blamed me for their fault. Incredible! Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff does not greet you at the door, looks at you as if your very presence is creating complications. You have to say out loud everything that needs to be done (eg what paper should be used) because they won't ask and will otherwise just probably do it the "standard" way. I gave it 3 stars, not 1 because the printing quality was good and fast, and the guy who carried out my order managed it well. The whole room looks really sad and shabby, and somehow the staff makes it all worse. Would not come again unless left with no other choice.
