★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem si v kamenném obchodě pracovní sandály, neměli na prodejně moji velikost. Prý zavolají, až přijdou. Za pár dní volali, že nemají skladem barvu, kterou jsem chtěla a nabídli mi jinou. Tu jsem přijala. Po týdnu čekání od hovoru jsem do obchodu zašla a stále nic. Prý mi zavolají jak budou na prodejně, prý jim zatím nepřišlo zboží z 2.skladu. A jsou to už 2 měsíce a nezavolali. ? Vždy jsem s obchodem byla spokojená, až do teď.
 I ordered working sandals in a physical store, they didn't have my size in the store. They say they'll call when they come. A few days later they called out that they didn't have the color I wanted and offered me another one. I accepted it. After a week of waiting for a call, I went to the store and still nothing. They say they will call me as they will be at the store, apparently they have not received goods from 2.skladu. And it's been 2 months and they didn't call. ? I have always been happy with the business until now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si několik věcí přes e-shop. 14. 1. jsem objednal po několika e-mailech, že nejsou schopni dodat bundu, kterou jsem si vybral, přitom to byla ta, co mají plakátu ve výloze, jsem si vybral jinou bundu. Objednávka celkem za asi za 5000,-Kč. 10.2. my přišel mail že mám zboží k vyzvednutí.
Ale dosud nebyly dodány jedny kalhoty, ty budou až v dubnu. Při vyzvednutí jsem měl pocit že otravuju. Doma jsem vyzkoušel věci a zjistil že dvě věci z objednávky nemasují. další tři byly v pořádku. šel jsem tedy vrátit. to bylo následující den.
Asi nějaká vedoucí ale zasáhla do vracení s námitkou, kdy jsem si zboží vyzvedával, zda je to do 14 dní? a že se jí nelíbí vracení zboží v době Corony. Vrátili mi peníze za vrácené zboží a už mě tam nikdo nikdy neuvidí. Vláda by měla zavřít tento obchod a otevřít restaurace, tam se na Vás obsluha aspoň hezky usmívá.
Velmi nepříjemný zážitek.
I ordered a few things through the e-shop. On January 14, I ordered after several e-mails that they were not able to deliver the jacket I chose, while it was the one they have a poster in the shop window, I chose another jacket. Order in total for about 5000 CZK. 10.2. we received an email that I have the goods to pick up.
But one of the pants has not been delivered yet, they will not be available until April. When I was picked up, I felt like I was bothering me. At home, I tried things and found that two things from the order did not mass. the other three were fine. so I went back. it was the next day.
But probably some manager intervened in the return with an objection when I picked up the goods, is it within 14 days? and that she didn't like returning the goods in Corona's time. They returned my money for the returned goods and no one will ever see me there again. The government should close this store and open a restaurant, where the staff is at least smiling nicely at you.
A very unpleasant experience.

Reluctant saleswoman, if you just ask in person when the goods arrive, ordered a few months in style: We called you? They didn't call! So what annoys you!
