★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not recommended this clinic- they just cancelled my visit whitout no explanation. To be more specific: they rescheduled my visit day before planned procedure to next two weeks. No asking it is ok for me. Very unfroffesional and unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service & treatment. I recently returned from a trip to Prague & decided to have a dental hygiene treatment whilst there. I Google searched and contacted 4 places. Margeta on reception was extremely proactive & friendly & answered all my queries better than the other people I contacted. The price (1500 Crown for an hour) was equitable to others. I booked the session & had an excellent treatment with Katerina who was very professional, diligent & made more impact on my teeth than any other hygenist I've visited. She also advised on best practice in relation to tooth brush type & use & special flossing techniques.
I took before & after pictures for my own reference & it was the best hygiene session I have had. I will return when I go back to Prague.
Professional, efficient, friendly & proactive service across the board. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Name pretty much says everything “magic smile” I was in a need of emergency toot repair so I made a last minute appointment ..the reception staff was very accommodating.. my appointment was with Dr. Natalia Giannakopoulou and boy was I lucky !!!!!
She’s out most skilled and professional she went beyond and above and I could not be more happy with her work thank you all so much !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something has changed. When I was there 2 years ago everything was perfect. Now, they changed the receptionist and she is just rude. This is not how you should welcome your clients. 2 minutes after entering I wanted to vanish from reception area. It did happen twice so I cant justify this by receptionist having a bad day...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here to praise Dr. Amiri Majed. He is the perfect dentist for english speakers in Prague. Dr. Amir, his nurse and receptionists were extremely kind and helpful. I went there with pain, now I am drinking beer in a park at the same day. No need to look for other doctors - DR. AMIRI MAJED is your guy. Thank you doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot recommend them highly enough! I absolutely hate going to the dentist and had some really bad experiences as a child that traumatized me quite a bit. Add that to the language barrier of being an American expat in a foreign country and I was super nervous about going to any dentist here, especially for an extraction. However, everyone at Magic Smile was so kind, welcoming, and professional. Even when I press cried because I was so afraid they made me feel safe and calm and talked me through the whole process in English. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are better than the average clinic in Prague. The doctors are extremely skilled but I feel they're constantly under pressure and in a rush all the time. For the price list they have, the waiting time reminds me of the public healthcare system and once you're in there, it seems their minds are already focused on the next patient
