★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prostě úřad jako všude jinde, nic extra. V okolí se špatně parkuje. Otevírací doba by měla být delší. V pátek do 14.30 je už prostě výsměch lidem, kteří to platí ze svých daní.
Just an office like everywhere else, nothing extra. There is poor parking in the area. Opening hours should be longer. On Friday to 14.30, it is simply a mockery to people who pay their taxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na oddělení řidičských průkazů je třeba se obrnit trpělivostí. Ze všech úřadů co jsem kdy navštívil je zde absolutně nejzoufalejší stav. Protivné báby, minimálně hodinové čekací doby.
You have to be patient with the driver's license department. Of all the offices I have ever visited, there is the absolute most desperate situation. Annoying grandmothers, at least an hour's waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán z odboru dopravy nepříjemný. I přes slušné jednání z mé strany, jsem byl "odpálkován", pán se mi vysmál. A při rozloučení típl telefon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem příjemně překvapen rychlostí při zařizování nové občanky. Zaměstankyně magistrátu si za ochotu, trpělivost a príjemné jednání si také 5 hvězdiček zaslouží.
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of arranging a new ID. The employee of the municipality also deserves 5 stars for her willingness, patience and pleasant behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čekací doba 3h. Šílená neochota kvůli duplikatu a hlavně na matrice. Ženský místo popíjení kaficka a barvení paratu by měli radeji obsloužit....
Waiting time 3h. Crazy reluctance due to duplication and especially on matrices. A woman's place to drink coffee and color a parat should be served ....
