A to naši nepřizpůsobivý, mnohdy agresivní spoluobčani. Někdy řev pod okny i do 2 rána. Ale toto je všude. Stačí jen jedna parta debilů který projdou ulicí a dělají bordel. Many playgrounds, greenery, pubs, shops. Only one negative entity disrupts this positive settlement, where they live for over 10 years. And our inadaptable, often aggressive fellow citizens. Sometimes shouting under the windows even until 2 in the morning. But this is everywhere. All you have to do is just one bunch of assholes who walk through the street and make a mess.

Jedná se o poslední sídliště vybudované v Českých Budějovicích na levém břehu Vltavy a druhé nejmladší celkově (novější je již jen sídliště Za Voříškovým Dvorem u Strakonické a Plzeňské ulice). Původní panelovou zástavbu (která však již téměř veškerá dostala novou fasádu i okna) dnes doplňuje modernější cihlová, budovaná převážně v jižní a jihozápadní části sídliště. Velice oceňuji zeleň, která dělá sídliště pěkným místem. Návaznost sídliště na les ocení zejména pejskaři, rodiče menších dětí a sportovci. ? Except for a few inadaptable good housing estates. The least successful housing estate in Č.Budějovice. It is a pity that the original plan was not used, namely built prefabricated houses with a gradual growth of forest over a large area.
