★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and delivery process. Ordered 3 things in about 8k czk that supposed to be delivered in 3 working days. Nothing happened. Not after 3 not after 4. Customer support only apologizes in bad English and can't say when delivery will happen or what is the reason for delay. At the same time same things are still available on their website and "can be delivered same day". Asking for superviser also doesn't help, they refuse to transfer your call or give contact details same with extra discount that suppose to stimulate your loyalty after such terrible service. Will never recommend or buy anything else from them.
