Everything is great at this hotel. Location is perfect (5-10 minutes walk to the center), food is pretty good, conference rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are fully equipped and elegant, the junior suite is very ample, with a great view of the city. The staff is kind enough, though they could smile a little more :)

We selected the hotel on line and could not have ben happier with our stay. Choosing an upper floor room with a view was a plus; although the hotel is on a busy intersection and you'll hear plenty of traffic noise from below if you leave the windows ajar. The room was clean, comfortable, well appointed, great space for belongings and a terrific bed. Bathroom large and serviceable. The daily breakfast in the basement was more than adequate to get the day started. Drinks and a fine simple ,eal could be obtained in the bar. The highlight was the courtesy, efficiency and service of a great front desk staff. All requests...for advice, directions, tours, restaurant suggestions were helpful and spot on. Special kudos to Michael! We'd stay here again without hesitation.

The infrastructure is old but well maintained. The room was new and quite. This is not even close to being a 4-star hotel. The breakfast is absolutely standard for a 2-star hotel. They don't have a gym. The restaurant inside the hotel is tiny, but the food was good, except for the tuna.

Decent hotel. Otherwise of the river for the best bits of Prague. It's in an old building, not many rooms on each floor. Staff were very helpful and really went out of their way to help. Rooms were clean and comfy and quiet. Bathroom was lovely. Can't fault it too much for the price we paid. Room service menu wasn't great so we just ate out.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are large and have many amenities. The hotel is quiet and away from tourists. Someone is always downstairs at the desk 24/7, so that was nice to always have someone to answer questions about the area, like where to get food at 3am! I did not opt in for the breakfast as it seemed overpriced in comparison to every $$$ restaurant outside of the hotel and in comparison to what I paid doe the room. Prague has amazing food so I was not about to pay 20 Euro for a hotel breakfast when I can get a three course meal for the same price down the street. Our room had some notable damages to it, but nothing worth complaining about to the staff. The wood floor was pretty scraped up in some places, and the ac did not function very well, causing us to have to open the windows on some occasions...which would then cause the ac to turn off.. -____- The basic wifi is absolutely horrible, I am not sure what the better wifi is but definitely just purchase it because we ended up having to use our roaming data a lot for simple tasks because the wifi at the hotel was just way to slow. This was the only aspect of my stay here. Overall I would say that I would love to come back to the Mamaison Riverside because it had large comfortable rooms, was in a good neighborhood, and the beds were nice. The staff was very helpful and really strives to please their guests. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We had booked a deluxe double room with riverview. This met our expectations and although the room overlooked the busy road, the double glazing was perfect and we heard nothing throughout the night. Obviously we could not open the window for fresh air, so we wonder how it would be in the hottest part of the summer with aircon on. Breakfast was included and a good variety of food was on offer, from fresh fruit to egg and bacon, cheese and ham to a variety of breads and cereals. Our coffee was replenished as often as we needed and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. We decided that, as our flight home was not until 9.50 pm, to book our room until 6pm. This cost us €50 but was well worth it as we did not fancy walking around all day without an opportunity to freshen up prior to our taxi collecting us. The process to book this extra time was dealt with efficiently. We have recommended this hotel to other friends who are considering visiting Prague in the near future. One point to be aware of though; it is a good 15 minute walk along the riverbank to the Old Town and should be taken into account if you find walking difficult. We were happy to explore from our hotel and as the weather was good, it was not a chore.

Rooms extremely spacious and grand. Overall cleanliness was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly the nice gentleman in the bar. Only thing stopping it being a 5 star is its location and facilities. Quite a bit of a walk into the centre and to any main attractions. Breakfast was very basic so I went elsewhere after trying it, I recommended the breakfast cafe across the river near the national theatre. View of the river from my room was excellent and the price was more than reasonable.

We were upgraded to a junior suite on the top floor which was quite large. The room was comfortable however some of the furnishings were a little old and the carpet had some stains. The bathroom looked newly renovated and was very nice. There was a balcony and the view from the room was quite nice however the round windows were a bit tall for me to enjoy the view without standing on tiptoe. The location is pretty walkable to local attractions or public transit. The hotel interior was quiet, we had no problems with noise from neighbours. However the street was sometimes busy and there were regularly emergency vehicles going by with sirens blaring which woke me up.
