Hi, I would like to share with you my experience with Mr. Pobiš and manual medicine. All my life I have been actively involved in sports (200km cycling was no problem), coincidentally (injury) I got into a situation where I was not able to do anything at all. I tried to find help from classical doctors, where I was advised: "it needs peace". After a while, I found out that peace would not solve my problem, so I started looking for other help and by chance I came across Mr. Pobiš. It took about 2 months when I had to overcome pain and my mental blocks, but in retrospect I can say that it was worth it! Thanks to Mr. Pobiš and manual medicine, I have returned to active life and I am happy to move again! Thanks for that!

For several years I have been struggling with problems with protruding plates, subsequent stiffening of the back and gradually the whole body. I replaced several chiropractors and physiotherapists and the result was always the same - pain relief for a short time, but the cause was never removed. So I had a bad time with the Czech healthcare system and I had to look for help elsewhere. Fortunately, I came across Mr. Pobiš and unknowingly got into the best hands. From the beginning, I had to overcome not only the pain, but also my own mental limitations, which was helped by the almost immediate improvement in health after the first two visits. In the end, I spent a few months under Mr. Pobiš's hands and left completely healed. So if you are looking for a physiotherapist who goes uncompromisingly for the results for the benefit of your patients, you are at the right place. Not to mention that he forms a great team with his wife, who provides patients with welcome psychological and mental support.

Experience with Mr. Popiš and his therapies. : In 2013 (I was 32 years old) I underwent a very complicated lumbar spine operation, cracked 2 plates with oppression of absolutely everything, the range was 22mm and the second plate 16mm, both plates interfered with the dural sac, with one giant fragment. The operation had a pretty "good" end at the time, but without any forced care :-( After only 2 months on my back, at that time with small children, I slowly returned to normal life, with the feeling that I had everything behind me. Unfortunately, this condition did not last long. In 4 years, the problems started to return, and it never occurred to me in a dream that it could happen again, on a much larger scale. I went through a six-month hell, when I was not able to function, the doctors tossed me between Hradec, Brno, and finally Prague. It ended with an extensive spinal stabilization operation. I experienced a temporary feeling of paralysis of the legs, when everything is really going through your head. Spa, rehabilitation, and a verdict ... "You have to learn to live with it!" If the dynamics of the spine is disrupted, over time it will not last the next segment and you will get to the beginning again ... with a verdict, an extensive finding on the cervical and thoracic spine, and a proposal for another surgical solution. I refused the operation and looked for another solution, I fainted for 3 years, suffered from states where nothing goes at all. Dizziness, vomiting, pain that no one wants to experience ... treatment only analgesics, later opiates. Vicious circle, collapses, hospitals, states of helplessness. I was interested in an article by former Miss Miša Salačová in a magazine where she recommended Manual Medicine. In my desperation, I contacted Mr. Popiš, even though we were 200 km apart. His initial reaction pleasantly surprised me. He was interested in the patient, he listened to everything, explained everything I needed, and very empathetically offered to come to me, at least from the beginning, before he examined me and made a treatment plan. After the first physical contact, he stated that he would try to correct everything he could, the problem was in all three parts of the spine. The screws and scaffolding in the lumbar part did not deter him (unlike other physiotherapists). The therapies were time consuming, for me emotionally, physically. However, it was enough to listen to what the master tells me during therapies, what I should do ... even if it does not make sense to an ordinary mortal at the moment, Mr. Popis absolutely knows what he is doing, he works with the whole body, not just with the problematic area. His interest in the patient's condition was unprecedented, he was still in contact with me, he wanted to report all the changes and he always reassured me over the phone that the conditions were fine. Empathy is a great gift today. The results with the cervical spine came after about 3 therapies, when my head stopped after 3 years and I was able to function without a painkiller. However, it was not that easy ... the therapies lasted several weeks to allow everything to be as it should be, the body has a reflex, when it likes to return to its original position. All this had to be worked on consistently and everything was fixed in a new position. After many years and a thorny journey, thanks to Mr. Popiš I have another chance for a full life, almost without pain. I have no words for me how to THANK YOU !!!!! I wish Mr. Pobiš many healed patients.

I would like to share my experience with Mr. Popiš. I entrusted him to the care of my son (age 17, so it was not a child rehabilitation!) The son was born with a whole, in newborns, a common deformity of the feet, which were curled inwards. Normally, this defect is resolved immediately after delivery by plastering the legs, and it is after the problem. Unfortunately, this did not happen in our country, and doctors later expected that this would be remedied by rehabilitation. This was partly successful, except for one thing, the son was not able to step on the entire sole of the foot. He underwent many rehabilitations, special shoe insoles, but the condition did not improve much. He has undergone many years of examination, orthopedist, neurologist .. The verdict was, operate on Achilles, otherwise it wouldn't work. We disagreed with the operation, and sought help in "non-state institutions" The period changed for the better - worse, the son was still on tiptoe, as a result of which other problems began to form, in the form of poor posture, back pain. Purely by chance, we came across the website of Manual Medicine, and Mr. Popiš. From the first telephone conversation, it was clear to me that I was talking to a great professional (after many years of experience with other health professionals) His interest was unpretentious, he did not promise the impossible, but from the beginning he was sure that the situation was solvable. We made an appointment, at which he explained everything to us, during the first examination his son was missing 2 cm so that he could put a heel on the mat :-( p.Pobiš said clear ... We can do it !!! The therapies were demanding at times, the beginnings were painful, but still tolerable even for a teenager. The first relief came early, the son began to perceive better tendon mobility, after 2-3 weeks he was able to stand on his entire foot after almost 17 years, a few weeks later he was able to lift his toes off the mat, his posture improved. The journey was thorny, long, but very effective! P. Pobiš managed to correct what the doctors failed, did not want, could not, could not? All this in a sincere interest in the patient, he talked a lot with his son. He did a great deal of work, even as the son perceives his body that he will do his job and the rest is up to his son that he too must think, aware of his walking style, when nothing prevents him from relieving his pain. Everything took place in perfect harmony, knowledge, skill, empathy, consistency, recommendations for aftercare, etc. I wish all those who have "unsolvable" musculoskeletal problems to fall into the hands of this empathetic person.
