★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionální přístup, nepříjemné chování, pan vedoucí hledá jiné závady na autě než s kterou jsem přijel a kterou chci řešit, věta "jestli s tím chci ještě vůbec jezdit a není lepší to hodit do šrotu" mě úplně odrovnala.
Stavu sešrotování auto neodpovídá, pravidelně prochází oficiální STK, žádné známé techniky nemám a logicky asi bych jeho servis nenavštívil kdybych neměl v plánu vůz používat..
Jen proto, že se mi do práce nechce, ještě není důvod takhle jednat se zákazníky. Opravdu neprofesionální přístup.
Vyhledal jsem raději jiný servis, kdo ví, čeho bych se dočkal po opravě. Pokud se člověku do něčeho evidentně nechce, nemůže odvést kvalitní práci.
Bohužel nepříjemná a negativní zkušenost, takže nemohu doporučit.
Unprofessional approach, unpleasant behavior, Mr. Manager is looking for other defects in the car than the one I came with and which I want to solve, the phrase "if I still want to drive with it and it is not better to throw it in scrap" completely disqualified me.
The car does not respond to the state of scrapping, it regularly undergoes official MOT, I do not have any known techniques and logically I probably would not visit its service if I did not plan to use the car.
Just because I don't want to work, there's no reason to deal with customers like that yet. Really unprofessional approach.
I'd rather look for another service who knows what I'd see after the repair. If a person obviously doesn't want to do something, he can't do quality work.
Unfortunately an unpleasant and negative experience, so I can not recommend.
