★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice hotel close to the centre of Prague. The bed was marginally uncomfortable and the towels were too small, but those are not massive issues for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are smaller but refurbished.. on the outside it dosen't look that great. Good position, it's a 5 minute walk to tram station that takes you to the old city. Metro station is a 10 min walk.
4 days are ok in this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door didn't close properly (poor construction), there was a gap of 0.5cm between lock and doorframe. Rooms were badly soundproof, you could hear EVERY step and movement of other guests. I'm giving 2 stars for friendliness of owner/reception and location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is really nice, the room, as well as the toilet, were clean and tidy, the staff is very very friendly, they always smile to you and ask something about your day, without being intrusive. There is a kitchen we're you can serve youserlf with tea or coffee and it's open 24 hours a day, so you can enjoy a tea after your day out in Prague even if you come back late at night. The position is perfect, far from the noise of the centre and very close from the metro station which is very easy to take and so cheap, but if you want to walk to the centre you will enjoy a really pleasant walk of about 20 minutes, through the beautiful palaces of Prague. We always walked to the places we wanted to visit. There are also few nice pubs in the surroundings.

Staff is very friendly and collaborative, room is very well organized, location is one the best location which is very close to -10 min on foot to main square of Prague but the most important side for me is It is a CHARITY organization’s hotel and your stay will support people who needs help. Your stay will help to people, It is lovely feeling and thats why It was my pleasure to stay. I definitely recommend It and I am sure you will feel helpful and full of heart around. Fully recommended ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got no bad thing to say about this hotel! I have an awesome 2 nights here. Hotel is clean and its just five minutes walk from Jana Masaryka tram stop. Also dont worry about loosing your room and key/card! Because this hotel uses codes to enter the hotel and your room! There are shops, restaurants nearby as well.
