Uvidíte krátké video, model města, výrobu oplatků, mineralogii i kalíšky na pití minerální vody, taky staré mapy a léčebné procedury. Very nice museum, where you can learn a lot about Mariánské Lázně, from the beginning to the present. You will see a short video, a model of the city, the production of wafers, mineralogy and cups for drinking mineral water, as well as old maps and medical procedures.

Very beautiful exhibition about the history of springs, spas, wafers and Marianske Lazne. On the 1st floor there is also an exhibition and rooms inhabited by J. W. Goethe.

Goethe hat auch in dem Gebäude des jetzigen Museums gewohnt und so sind einige Einrichtungsstücke aus dieser Zeit zu sehen. Auch ist eine sehr schöne Mineraliensammlung zu sehen, Goethe hat sich sehr intensiv mit der Mineraliogie befasst. Also insgesamt sehenswert. Small but nice museum with the history of Marienbad and of course the famous guest Goethe. Goethe also lived in the building of the current museum and some pieces of furniture from this period can be seen. There is also a very beautiful collection of minerals on display, Goethe studied mineralogy very intensively. So overall worth seeing.

Hier wohnte 1823 niemand Geringeres als Goethe und sein Zimmer sowie einige Gegenstände, die er benutzte, sind original erhalten geblieben. Schönes Museum zur Geschichte Marienbads in einem der letzten Häuser aus der Gründungszeit dieses böhmischen Badeortes. The house in which the city museum can be found today used to be an inn called "Zur Goldenen Traube". Nobody less than Goethe lived here in 1823 and his room as well as some objects that he used have been preserved in their original form. Nice museum about the history of Marienbad in one of the last houses from the founding time of this bohemian seaside resort.
5	55 Postures on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna z nejstarších budov v Mariánských Lázních - hned vedle té co je prilepená k hotelu Kavkaz. Klenotu ML. Je to s ním skoro jako s Cisařskými lazněmi ve Varech. Mesto trva na tom ž e kdo chcce opravit hotel musí opravit i tu ruinu. Patři to řetězci kolem Nových Lázní, tak uvidíme. Ceny mají astronomické. One of the oldest buildings in Mariánské Lázně - right next to the one that is glued to the Kavkaz Hotel. Jewel ML. It's almost like the Imperial Baths in Vary. The city insists that whoever wants to repair the hotel must also repair the ruin. It belongs to the chain around Nové Lázně, so we'll see. Prices are astronomical.
