Some time they didn't send stuff that where out of stock but than send them later. I bought a lot until they decided to not ship me a battery for my gyre I waited 8 months befor asking to cancel the order and refun. Than I found out the reason why they didn't send the gyre battery.
They toled me they won't refund me for the battery because I owe then money! Why? Cause I never paid for the extra shipping they send me when they didn't have things in stock and send them later separately.
That's the worst costumer service I've ever witnessed! All the times I asked they say they don't have it in stock but when I asked for refund I realized the real reason.
Denise a refund! Cause they feel like it. Cause I'm from another country.
If you want payment for shipping just say! It's only fair, don't put it like bullies and deny money for an item that I never got!
Since than off course I stop buying from Them and I'll never come closer to this place again!!
I changed aquarium to a 2500 liter system, I can't even imagine the amount of money you lost from me by acting like thieves.
If you only aske from the shipping payment which is fair and not being a bully.
Add to that they don't answer emails, they do when it's about selling, not when there are problems to solve.
The only time I got them was with the live chat in the website.
Till this very day thinking of sue them, just for justice.
Hope you enjoyed those 150€.
