Upřímně netuším jak firma s lidmi co zaměstnává může fungovat. 3x objednané zboží 2x na dobírku ani jednou neposlané a při třetím zboží, které sem zaplatil přes internet sem se musel po 7 dnech připomenou a to mi ještě paní řekla ,že sem to nezaplatil. S největší pravděpodobností nepořádek v papírech. 1 hvězdička za možná dodané zboží...
.. simply dissatisfied. I honestly have no idea how a company with the people it employs can work. 3x ordered goods 2x cash on delivery or once not sent and for the third goods, which I paid for via the Internet, I had to be reminded after 7 days, and the lady told me that I did not pay for it. Most likely a mess in the papers. 1 star for possible delivered goods ...

Při telefonickém řešení reklamace extrémně nepříjemná osoba, vedeno v duchu "pomalu se mi načítá systém, já jsem to zvedla omylem, to tu řeší někdo jiný". Zcela neprofesionální chování, už zde nenakoupím.
Confusion when issuing an invoice and the order sent to the billing, instead of the delivery address. An extremely unpleasant person when solving a complaint by phone, guided in the spirit of "the system is slowly loading, I picked it up by mistake, someone else is solving it". Completely unprofessional behavior, I will not buy here anymore.
