První pohled nás zklamal, starší prodavačka s krátkýma vlasama a v brylech byla otravná, týkala nam. Myslím si že obchod vysoké urovni nemůže dovolit aby personal se choval takovým spusobem! Doufám že vedení tady ty pobočky zmeni situace. We were with my friend today to choose some fragrances in Letňany! At first glance, we were disappointed, the older saleswoman with short hair and in her glasses was annoying to us. I think that a high-level store cannot afford personal behavior in such a way! I hope that the management here will change the situation.

A	Anna Kralova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto příšerná návštěva! Navštívily jsme tuto prodejnu s tím, ze jsme chtěly pořídit vánoční sety vůní. Po vstupu do prodejny se nám nikdo nevěnoval - jedna prodavačka obsluhovala slečnu a druhá se nám spis snažila vyhýbat...po 10 minutách v prodejně jsem se rozhodla zeptat zda to co hledám mají. Prodavačka na mě koukla pohledem co po ni vůbec chci a odvětila ze když jsem to tu nenašla ze to je už asi vyprodané...nicméně se šla podívat ještě po prodejně a nakonec sety našla. Po zeptání na cenu a zda se teda mohu na set podívat na mě zvýšila hlas se slovy “Laskavě se ke mě nepřibližujte. Nevíte jaká je snad situace?”..Po těchto slovech odešla a zjišťovala ceny setů vůní. Zůstala jsem tam nevěřícně stát a kroutila hlavou, protože prodavačka měla roušku pod nosem a rozhodne jsme se k ni nepřiblížily na méně jak metr..Nemyslím si, že takovéto chování vůči zákazníkům je v pořádku a profesionální. Po chvilce na mě přes půlku prodejny zakřičela ceny setů se slovy, zda je tedy chceme... Po této zkušenosti jsme z prodejny odešly a koupily sety u konkurence. Bohužel po této zkušenosti tuto prodejnu již nenavštívím. Absolutely horrible visit! We visited this store with the idea that we wanted to buy Christmas sets of scents. After entering the store, no one paid attention to us - one saleswoman served a young lady and the other tried to avoid our file ... after 10 minutes in the store, I decided to ask if they had what I was looking for. The saleswoman looked at me with a look at what I wanted from her at all and replied that if I didn't find it here, it was probably already sold out ... however, she went to look around the store and finally found the sets. After asking about the price and whether I can look at the set, my voice raised with the words “Please don't come near me. Don't you know what the situation is? ”.. After these words, she left and found out the prices of the scent sets. I stood there in disbelief and shook my head, because the saleswoman had a veil under her nose and we definitely did not approach her less than a meter. After a while, over half of the store shouted the prices of sets for me, saying if we want them ... After this experience, we left the store and bought sets from competitors. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer visit this store.
