★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst costumer service in Prague. I went there to change a pair of fins I’d bought in that shop for a friend, but the owner was as rude as he could be. He even smelled the fins to see if they were still unused. After that he tried to argue that a shop is not obligated to change sold items. Unbelievable!
