Firma je předražená, služby mizerné, technik arogantní. Bohužel nemohu dát méně než jednu hvězdičku. Tuto firmu již nikdy více! Pan technik přijel po půl hodině koukání na kotel mi zdělil že kotel je v pořádku a že mám únik v systému a že oni tuto opravu nedělaji.Rychle napsal účet a odjel. Cena 1490,-.Po zavolání na havarijní službu a kontrolu celého systému technik zjistil že únik v systému není ale že je vadný barometr na to měl přijít první technik to by ale musel dělat svou práci pořádně. Udělejte si sami obrázek jestli o takové techniky stojíte. Hello I would like to share my experience with a technician from the company Drábek. Cena prace byla ok, za nahradni dil (termočlánek) si naučtoval 600,- z hledani na internetu jsem očekaval tak maximálně 300,- Ale za tu rychlost to stalo. Technik přijel ve stanovený čas a věděl pouze to, že mi netopí kotel!! Součástku neměl a řekl, že ji ani nedokáže sehnat. Na internetu jsem ji přitom dohledal! Když jsem sdělil, že havarijní výjezd zaplatím pouze pokud bude kotel topit sebral se a odešel. Takže komu netopí kotel a chce ztrácet čas vřele doporučuji!!! Udajne 760 kč zakladna sadzba a potom podla obtížnosti ukonu dalsich 260kč a dopravne a DPH...atd.. To ma uprimne dostalo. Len praca vyse 1000 kč za40min.To pred mesiacom som ich tu mal na klasickej ročnej prehliadke.Pred tym takisto fungovali v podobnom duchu. Uz mi buchli sadze. Proste ak môžete vyhnete sa im. Technik po 20 minutách zjišťování přišel na to, že v boileru je nejspíše díra, takže je třeba vyměnit boiler. Za toto zjištění jsem zaplatil 1000 Kč na místě. Cenová nabídka výměny boileru 27 tis. Kč. Kde boiler byl podle internetu o pár tisíc předražený, instalační materiál naceněn jak nový boiler na internetu. Když jsem si nechal nacenit jinou variantu, celý kotel s boilerem, protože kotel již je staršího rázu, tak nabídka byla lehce pod 90 tis. Kč. Takže asi takto se firma Drábek chová ke svým stávajícím zákazníkům. Děkuji, již nikdy více. Při prvním termínu nedorazil vůbec, po dvou hodinách čekání mi bylo řečeno, že se zasekl na zakázce přede mnou, ale nikdo mi nedal nic vědět. Dostala jsem termín za týden. Další týden dorazil, chvíli se vrtal v kotli a za chvíli už jsem platila 2500,- - po jeho odjezdu nešlo ani topení ani teplá voda a z kotle nám kapalo. Následovala další návštěva za týden (během kterého jsme doma s dětmi trpěli zimou), vyměnil několik součástek, řekl, že teplá voda poteče pomalu a vlažná a já platila zase další 2500,-, když jsem se slušně zeptala zda mi na papír napíše, že po této návštěvě je kotel v pořádku, následoval výsměch hodný mateřské školy s tím, že mi klidně přepíše papír z předchozí návštěvy, kde potvrdí, že kotel v pořádku nebyl...na můj dotaz za co jsem tedy platila a proč musel přijet 2x následovalo prasknutí dveřmi a jeho odchod.
