Byl jsem na opačné straně, pan Křupka zastupoval protistranu. Přesto jsem byl naprosto spokojený a velmi oceňuji jeho férový přístup. Když teď vím, kolik papírování a vyřizování tato transakce zabere, určitě bych se po teto zkusenosti s realitním makléřem domluvil na zastupování.
 This experience changed my view on the need for real estate agents :-)
I was on the opposite side, Mr. Křupka represented the other side. Nevertheless, I was completely satisfied and I really appreciate his fair approach. Now that I know how much paperwork and processing this transaction will take, I would definitely agree on a representation after this experience with a real estate agent.
