Pan Martoni nás zachránil ve svízelné situaci a opravil údajně neopravitelný elektrovozík (neopravitelnost vyhodnotili ve firmě, ve které jsme vozík pořídili) a protože jsme cestovali z velké vzdálenosti, ještě nám pomohl s dopravou. V jeden jediný den jsme zažili dva různé přístupy k zákazníkovi. O prvním ani hovořit nebudu a druhý - úžasný přístup - byl ve firmě MARTONI. Manželé v této rodinné firmě nám ukázali, že jim jde o spokojeného zákazníka. Svým lidským a zároveň profesionálním přístupem a ochotou řešit naše problémy si nás naprosto získali. Vozíčkář zakoupil holandskou elektrickou tříkolku Excel Galaxy II, která je sice zánovní, ale v perfektním stavu. P. Martoni při koupi vyměnil baterie za nové, přidal námi požadovaný držák na berle, aniž cenu navyšoval. V ceně byla rovněž doprava, o kterou se postarala jeho paní. A v ceně byla i instruktáž a spousta rad pro zcela nezkušeného uživatele. Náš dojem z této transakce byl velmi dobrý, věříme tedy, že i následný servis bude fungovat.
