Z	Zdeněk Urban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V servisu jsem si objednal nové tlačítka na plynovou varnou desku Amica. Tyto tlačítka jsem nechtěně poškodil agresivním čističem. Bohužel čistič byl tak důkladný, že to vzal i částečně s barvou. :-D Každopádně tlačítka mi poslali rychle a zcela zdarma, jsem za to velmi rád a rozhodně bych tuto společnost doporučil, protože takovýto přístup se nevidí každý den. At the service I ordered new buttons for Amica gas hob. I accidentally damaged these buttons with an aggressive cleaner. Unfortunately, the cleaner was so thorough that he took it partly with paint. :-D Anyway, the buttons sent me quickly and completely free, I am very happy for that and I would definitely recommend this company because this approach is not seen every day.

I když mám na to právo do 14ti dnů, ale nemam chuť ani čas se s nima hádat. Prej proto, že jsem odmítla technika , který by si vzal za práci 2500,- :D tak to vůbec to si to sklo tam radši nalepím než tady těm platit takové prachy!!!! Hnus. Ani tu jednu hvězdu bych nedala!!!! Terror! Never again !!!!!! I ordered a glass for the Beko oven and of course it came completely different, but they don't want to return the money. Although I have the right to do so within 14 days, but I have no desire or time to argue with them. I wish because I refused a technician who would take 2500, -: D for that. Disgust. I wouldn't give that one star !!!!

Pokud se nechcete NASRAT tak se vyhýbejte výrobkům amica a budete ušetřeni i tohoto servisu .Kde vám naslibujou nalžou a stejne nic neudelají ! Amica should consider whether it wants such incompetents to service their products. After several emergencies, it was not possible to get a refrigerator service. If you do not want to shit, avoid amica products and you will be spared this service. Where they promise you will lie and still do nothing!

Prej mame doma ruseni at ji prestehujem jinam....Zavezl sem do UH,od te doby funguje. Martykan je neschopny opravar,ktery neumi NIC! Nejhorsi servis,nikdy vice! I had a dryer to repair, I revered 1700, and right after the next drying again carried, I brought here for a complaint, I wish I was fine, again nothing. I wish we were disturbed at home by moving her elsewhere .... I drove her to UH, she has been working ever since. Martykan is an incompetent repairman who knows NOTHING! Worst service, never again!
