★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mam zkusenost s fyzioterapeutem Liborem Koutnym a urcite vrele doporucuji! Vyzkousela jsem nekolik maseru/terapeutu v Brne (Dornova metoda, fyzio masaze a cviceni, ajurvedske, thajske masaze). Mam sedave zamestnani a problemy s krcni pateri, lehkou skoliozu a oslabene brisni svaly. Byla jsem na diagnostice a individualnim cviceni. Vse perfektne vysvetli a upravil mi na miru i moje spatne navyky ze cviceni jogy. Ze vsech vyzkousenych fyzioterapeutu z Brna mi vyhovuje nejvice. Cvici Kolarovu metodu, po par cvicenich citim pokrok a taky se mi zplostuje brisko a rysuje pas :D nejtezsi je si jen priznat, ze jsem to ja, kdo zodpovida za sve zdravi :))
I have experience with physiotherapist Libor Koutný and I definitely highly recommend it! I tried several masseurs / therapists in Brno (Dorn's method, physio massage and exercise, Ayurvedic, Thai massage). I have sedentary jobs and problems with my neck, mild scoliosis and weakened abdominal muscles. I was on diagnostics and individual exercises. They explained everything perfectly and adjusted my bad habits from practicing yoga. Of all the experienced physiotherapists from Brno, it suits me best. Exercising Kolar's method, after a few exercises I feel progress and I also get rid of the brisk and draw my passport: D the hardest part is just admitting that I am the one who is responsible for my health :))
