J	Jaroslav Kováč on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K Jardovi jsem začal chodit s problémy se zády téměř ve stejný čas jako k lékařům. Již po třetím cvičení odhadoval kromě problému se zády i na artrózu kyčle. Lékaři vše nejdříve řešily medikací a až po půl roce opakovaných kontrol přišli na to, na co Jarda téměř ihned. Dvě vyhřezlé plotýnky a koxartróza obou kyčlí. To ale už díky cvičení dle Jardy jsem se dostal do stavu, kdy se mohu normálně hýbat a jejich tablety téměř nepotřebuji. A co více, jeho pružnost a síla (stojky ? ) mě neskutečně motivují ke každodennímu cvičení. I started going to Jard with back problems at almost the same time as I went to the doctors. The doctors first dealt with everything with medication, and only after half a year of repeated check-ups did they figure out what Jarda had to do almost immediately. Two protruding plates and coxarthrosis of both hips. But thanks to the exercises according to Jarda, I got to a state where I can move normally and I hardly need their tablets. What's more, its flexibility and strength (struts ?) incredibly motivate me to exercise every day.

Super přístup, určitě se zase na masáž objednám. I definitely recommend it to anyone who has any problem with the musculoskeletal system. The massage helped me a lot, Mr. Stehlík nicely explained to me what and how to do. Great approach, I will definitely order a massage again.

Nicméně ta důležitá věc, kterou bych ráda zmínila, že mi to ty kyčle vážně nádherně uvolnilo a při tréninku (dřepech) jsem ani necítila bolest- kterou cítím již poslední 3 roky -, jen mírný tlak, což mi přijde naprosto neuvěřitelný, i při protahovačkách mě to pustilo ve všem krásně víc do hloubky. Za mě skvěle odvedená práce ? Jo a mimochodem samotná ta masáž byla extrémně příjemná, dost jiná, ale fascinující i se všemi vysvětlivkami. So it's been a few days since the massage.
