From the beginning, the company's approach looked fine. The price offer for the windows looked good compared to the competition and they were also able to provide me with an opinion for the monument office, which made a minimum of companies. However, when it came to the execution of the contract, the communication from Maskop completely stopped. I have clearly confirmed in the e-mail that I am interested. In response, I received confirmation that they would contact me for a final focus technician. Almost 2 months passed and no one answered. No one responded to the questions by e-mail. When I called them at the company, they told me that in the next few days (I guess it was 2-3 days), a colleague who was in charge would contact me. It's been 2 weeks and nothing. I called again and I got an answer with a colleague calling me the next day. 2 days and nothing. So I called again. The phone call was made and an SMS message came in that he was at the meeting and would call me right after. Another 2 days passed and nothing. When I finally managed to call the man in charge on the 3rd attempt, I was told that they had a lot now, but probably the next week or next will be on a detour and the windows will come to focus on me. And (as you probably already know) nothing. 3-4 weeks after the last call, I sent the last e-mail asking for an explanation of the status of my order, because it has been a few months since I received confirmation that my order has been accepted. Since then, I have not received a single phone call or a reply to my e-mails from Maskop. I do not accept excuses such as my email has fallen into spam. I actively communicated with them from the beginning, so the spam filter has nothing to filter. Not to mention that it's been more than 2 months since my last email (what I write this review)! And there are still phone calls that almost always went to them, even though I was promised that they would call me more than once. I give 1-star reviews extremely rare, but unfortunately if a company is so incompetent (not just one person - e-mails and phone calls were with several people), then they do not deserve more than 1 star.
