D	David Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkušenost číslo 1 - cca před půl rokem jsem se přes rezervační systém objednal na očividně volný termín na večer dne následujícího, načež mi přišlo zamítnutí rezervace s tím, že už mají plno, ať se příště objednám víc dopředu. Masérka si chtěla asi udělat volný večer, no nevadí. Zkušenost číslo 2 - tento týden jsem se opět objednal přes rezervační systém, nicméně žádné potvrzení ani do dne masáže nepřišlo. Několik hodin před pro jistotu volám, jestli to tedy platí, načež mi bylo řečeno, že to rozhodně neplatí, a jako důvod mi bylo sděleno "kolega to asi smazal". Nikdo se ani neobtěžoval dát jakýmkoliv způsobem vědět. To už docela vadí. Zkušenost číslo 3 - včerejší den, objednán nyní telefonicky a s potvrzením, se dostavím na domluvenou masáž. Přijde si pro mě starší muž na první pohled pochybné hygieny, že se jako omlouvá, že masérka onemocněla, a že si mě tedy vezme on, jestli to tedy jako nevadí. Vadí. Se slovy, že se domluvím na jindy, odcházím. Předpokládám, že masérka neonemocněla 5 minut před naplánovanou masáží. Slušnost je zvednout telefon, napsat SMS, poslat email. Celý den nic. Nikdo se ani neobtěžoval dát vědět, že bude jakákoliv změna. Takhle tedy v žádném případě ne, vážení. Ke klientovi se tady chovají jako k největší lůze, varuji a doporučuji se tomuto pochybnému podniku velkým obloukem vyhnout. Experience number one - about half a year ago, I booked through the booking system on an apparently free date on the evening of the next day, after which I was denied the reservation and they already have a lot to be booked next time. The masseuse would like to have a free evening, but it does not matter. Experience 2 - this week I was booked via the reservation system, but no confirmation even to the day of the massage did not come. A few hours before, for sure, I'm calling if that's true, and then I was told it was definitely not the case, and as a reason I was told, "a colleague probably deleted it." No one bothered to know what to do in any way. That's all right. Experience number 3 - yesterday, ordered by telephone and confirmation, I will come to the agreed massage. The older man comes to me for a doubtful hygiene at first glance, that he apologizes for the masseuse's illness and that he will take me if he does not mind. It does not matter. With the words that I'll talk for another time, I'm leaving. I suppose the masseuse did not get sick five minutes before the scheduled massage. Grace is to pick up the phone, write SMS, send an email. All day, nothing. No one bothered to know that there would be any change. This is not the case, dear. The client behaves like the biggest kid here, I warn and recommend to avoid this dubious business with a big arch.
