Potah který uváděli na internetu byl opravdu taky jiný, vzhledově a málo kvalitní. Matrace jsem se rozhodl vrátit . Prvně jsem zavolal a to byla chyba , začli že mi dají vědět atd , pak ještě chvíli a pak jsem zjistil že jsem byl po 14 dnech, kdy můžu zboží vrátit. Tak pak mi řekli reklamaci. Zboží jsem nafotil a poslal zpět a jak jsem předpokládal , poslali mi peníze zpět ale bez příchozí dopravy a bez dopravy co stala zpět . Takže o dost méně . Nekupujte dokud neuvidíte matrací. Jedná se o málo kvalitní výrobek . Jen zajímavě vykrojený kus molitanu. Veškerou komunikaci co jsem pak měl , můžu doložit v e-mailech. Nakonec zakoupeno v JYSK a tam naprostá spokojenost. Sice o trochu dražší, ale o dost kvalitnější!!! Tady už nikdy . I bought the mattress for Christmas. When they arrived, they seemed thinner. I measured them, they were thinner than stated. The cover they presented on the internet was really also different, visually and of low quality. I decided to return the mattress. I called first and it was a mistake, they started to let me know, etc., then for a while and then I found out that I was after 14 days when I could return the goods. So then they told me a complaint. I photographed the goods and sent them back and as I expected, they sent me the money back but without the incoming traffic and without the traffic that happened back. So much less. Don't buy until you see the mattress. This is a low quality product. Just an interestingly cut piece of foam. I can document all the communication I had in e-mails. Finally purchased at JYSK and there complete satisfaction. Although a little more expensive, but much better !!! Never here again.
