★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volám tam, abych se informoval na mnou vybrané matrace. Nikdo to nebere. Volám za 10 minut, obsazeno, volám za dvě minuty, zase to nikdo nebere. Volám tedy na druhé číslo, taktéž nic. Přátelé, to si to raději koupím v Sapě, než u vás. :-D Kecám, do Sapy nechodím, ale u vás si nikdy nic nekoupím.
I call there to find out about the mattress I have chosen. Nobody takes it. I'm calling in 10 minutes, busy, I'm calling in two minutes, nobody takes it again. So I'm calling the second number, and nothing. Friends, I'd rather buy it in Sapa than at yours. :-D I'm kidding, I don't go to Sapa, but I'll never buy anything from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod reagoval dobře i ceny přijatelné matrace dorazila jen by mohli zvolit jiného dopravce protože toptrans rozhodně nepatří mezi dobré dopravce 6.4.22 přišel mejl že mi matraci dodají 5.4.22 a matraci mi ani nepřivezli radši... Volala mi paní od matrací proč jsem si od nich nepřevzala matraci asi těžko přeberu když ji nikdo nepřivezl... tak matrace přišla až 7.6.22
The store reacted well and the prices of acceptable mattresses arrived only they could choose another carrier because toptrans definitely do not belong among good carriers 6.4.22 came an email that they will deliver my mattress 5.4.22 and they did not even bring me a mattress ... she didn't take over the mattress from them, it's probably hard to take over when no one brought her ... so the mattress came until 7.6.22

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po necelém roce jsme reklamovali úplně proleželou matraci. Nejdříve chtěli matraci nafotit. I na fotkách jsou vidět obrovské proleženiny- podle nich v pořádku.Matraci jsme dovezli na reklamaci. Reklamace nám nebyla uznána. Že je to po roce v pořádku. Tento obchod NEDOPORUČUJI. Matrace je na pohled úplně proleželá a spát se na ní nedá. Rozhodně je lepší si pár korun připlatit. Za tyhle peníze si koupit matraci na necelý rok je dost zbytečné.
After less than a year, we complained about a completely mattress mattress. First they wanted to take a picture of the mattress. Even in the photos you can see huge bedsores - according to them, fine. We brought the mattress for a complaint. The complaint was not accepted. That it's okay after a year. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop. The mattress looks completely flat and you can't sleep on it. It is definitely better to pay a few crowns extra. With this money to buy a mattress for less than a year is quite useless.

I am so satisficed with the quality of product, it is same like in pictures and description. Also they was so affable in the communication on the phone, and one of the rare company who knows English and was easy communication for foreign people. I recommend with high trust. Thank you
