★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place for the stay during the Let It Roll Festival. The park next to the hotel was a beautiful addition to the whole ambiente too. Others may dislike it but the interior is kinda old and vintageish but imho it suits to the hotel as a whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to relax and decompress. Indoor swimming pool and sauna, plus a private sauna for a small fee. Beautiful gardens and very good service. The restaurant is very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wished to have had food in the hotel's restaurant nearby the Loucen Chateau, however the staff was busy doing the inventory and didn't serve any food that day until 4pm. At least after asking they agreed to give us some hot beverage mainly looking at the fact we had with us our small 3yo daughter (that's the reason for the 3 stars).
I can't really understand how it's possible that the chateau's restaurant was closed the same day as the hotel's restaurant and didn't communicated this information to the ticket box of the chateau.
Unfortunately for us this bad communication meant leaving earlier the area and being with an hungry kid for the children visit of the castle.
Very disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room 208 is big enough and with a nice furniture and 3 big windows. A nice room. The breakfast was a disappointment... More a 2star hotel experience. Nice and clean small pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, especially for a weekend with kids. The park is huge and filled with dozens of interesting activities, especially fun labyrinths. Really cool.
The hotel itself is above average. It has a small pool and sauna. Unfortunately, no air conditioning. The restaurant had good meals, different menu every night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused to check in due to not having covid vaccination, no information provided prior the booking in regards of their requirements. I wasted my time travelling there and finally have had to spend the night in the vehicle during winter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous hotel with amazing atmosphere. We were here during the winter season and the fireplace made every night of our stay unforgettable. The breakfast is great, the staff was really nice. Cleanness is excellent.
