I put the car in the car repair shop before the technical inspection in June 2021 and we agreed that the company would provide it (+ change and balancing of wheels, change of oil and filters). We also agreed in advance on the replacement of the bearing at the PZ wheel. In an hour, they call from the service station that I have to prepare - for the car to pass TK - at least 55 thousand without work, that it is very bad. It starts with the storage of wheels and ends with I don't know what else is related to the balancing shaft, etc. It seemed strange to me, because I had the storage of wheels done about 2 months ago ("Well, maybe my colleagues did it wrong," was the answer). In addition, I did not have any problems with the car that the technician described. So I said that I just want what we agreed on and I'll take care of TK myself. The gentleman replied on the phone that I prefer not to try it, that he will almost certainly "throw me out", etc. I still insisted. I arrived for the car. The cost of repair and maintenance was higher than agreed, although less work was actually done than we had agreed (= without TK). "You know, consumables, it's hard to estimate, and besides, you signed to us that it's a tax-free price." The laboriousness of changing the oil, filters and wheel bearing is probably incorrectly estimated. Nice trick. So I went to TK alone. They did it carefully, she didn't get 4 cars in line in front of me (!). I passed without comment. Although I explicitly asked the service to balance my wheels, they didn't do it (or very badly). I don't know what oil they put in the car, because they didn't put a ticket in the engine with either the type or the date of the change. However, they tightened the wheels so that when I wanted to change them to winter now, I was not able to loosen the bolts myself. I'm not the "complainant type", but I called the service man who was in charge of him and explained what had happened to me. He apologized to me and said he would check it out and let me know what and how. No one answered at all. If I believed in this service (= that's why I went there!), I would pay at least 70 thousand crowns for something that didn't have to be done. I can only hope that the filters and other things they charged me have actually replaced. This company has a lot of positive reviews. Either I was very unlucky both for the recruiting technician and for the sloppy execution of the work, or I simply bet that people trust her so much that they will have everything they recommend to them done in the car. But it's been more than 4 months since June and it's still boiling in me with every memory of how they wanted to trick me. I am now waiting for a response in the style of "We checked the thing, your car was really in the condition described by the technician, etc." I'm sorry, but I'm not coming here anymore.
