My first visit here and I was very pleasantly surprised. Young and very nice staff, clean, large selection of machines. Even though I have been going to the solarium for a long time, I asked my young man for advice and it was beautiful to see that he understood and knew what would be best for me. And the coffee with you ?! Fantastic!

Hello, I have to share a very pleasant experience. I go to the Porub branch very short and I always came across a wonderful service. Today, however, I had a very nice feeling and I left with a smile. The lady who took care of me offered me various options, accessories, explained everything to me and what she would recommend to me. We said a few words about life. She took care of me from start to finish. Of course she didn't leave me empty-handed and I got a refreshing drink. Very nice honest human approach !. I wish it was like that everywhere. I have been going to the McSun solarium in Poruba for several years when Shark was there. I have to say, it's getting better and better. The machines are great, but the main thing is done by people and they are very nice and pleasant, they will help, they will help. Mrs. Mirka is sunshine :-). I'm definitely not going anywhere else, because I'm extremely satisfied. I would have only a small suggestion for improvement: if I meet someone I know there or I hang out with nice staff, for example, I would welcome a bar stool at the counter. My friend and I agreed on that when we enjoyed a drink and a great cappuccino after sunbathing. :-)

We go to this solarium quite regularly (if there is a smaller one older than this lady and blonde), but what we experienced yesterday is unparalleled ... Incredibly arrogant staff who said goodbye and goodbye instead ... When we asked which solarium to choose from at the moment, we seemed to be bothering her. We thought about how many minutes and in 10 seconds she fired at us, "So what? How much?" The point was when I was waiting for the solarium and the lady just said, "I don't like this," which was clearly pointing at me. Our visit to the counter lasted about 2 minutes, including recharging the credit, if we did not ask how much we have with the bonus, we do not even know that we have one, she did not say anything at all. I could have dreamed of some receipt. The solar was washed by a gentleman standing there in a jacket and with a shoulder bag, while the lady was on the phone. When I came out, she pretended not to see me so she wouldn't have to prepare anything for me to drink (in the end I got a monin with soda, no fruit anything). She looked away and immediately turned her back. Meanwhile, more customers came and the visit with the lady just desperately: "Next ??" We all 4 looked like crazy. And then we left with words to see you and nothing, no response (time about 20: 15-departure max. 20:30) We go to MC Sun in Poruba because the staff always gives advice, it's nice (we mean a young lady, a young boy and a smaller blonde), but if this lady will behave like that for more days, we'd better find another place ...

Hello, I must say that I went to x solariums, but sun Poruba is the best. The girls are amazing, smiling, willing, always happy, offer and exchange a few words if they have a little space. I am very sorry that the lady in the review below wrote such a negative review for the young lady in the ambush for her colleague. This young blonde woman who, when I arrived, was in a wheelchair as soon as she saw me, and for the first time she took me in with such willingness and ease that I was alone in shock as open and willing. My solar system didn't work, so it immediately offered me other reclining ones, and after explaining that they wouldn't fit somewhere with a wheelchair, we tested them all, and at the selected solarium, which was a bit higher for me, help me that if she could, maybe she would take me in her arms and put me there. I have to laugh at this scene until now because the young lady was great and I was pleasantly surprised by her willingness and sincerity ?? We should all realize that the girls are there for us every day, 12 hours and they also have their needs and they are just like us people. Eat, toilet, etc., dear lady, next time you write something so ugly, think about this and you better go jogging and get the anger out of you during than this way that treats good people. You would need a couple of 12-hour shifts yourself, and all that negative bullshit would pass you by. Girls thank you you are amazing ?
