Za chvíli zpětný hovor s paní majitelkou, že se omlouvá, ale nová pracovní síla přijala objednávku na dobu, kdy nemají otevřeno, a jelikož nemáme permanentku, nemůžeme se objednat. Dobře chápu. Druhý den volám na recepci, že chceme na 45 minut infrasaunu, zda není zamluvená. Nebyla. Přijedeme a problém. U recepce vytištěný ceník na 30 minut a na 10 minut. 45 minut neumíme, říká obsluha. Za chvili prý pokladna neumí ani 30 minut. Nějakým způsobem mi paní napočítala o 30 procent vyšší cenu než co byla v nabídce na webu i vytištěné. Strávený čas 15 minut jen u pokladny a cesta. Zkouším podobné služby v nových zařízeních, ale tentokrát to byl fakt horor. They also advertise an infrared sauna in this center on their websites. I'm calling to book for 45 minutes the next day. Sice jsou stojany na sítě "fórové" ze dřeva a prostor vedle/za kurty jsou menší, ale pro amatérský sport úplně v pohodě. Modern sports center, nice facilities, free parking for visitors "behind the barrier". Clearly. Badminton courts are ok. Although the stands for "forum" nets are made of wood and the space next to / behind the courts is smaller, but it is perfectly fine for amateur sports.
M	Michaela Trojanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slečna na recepci vykládala naprosto zcestné informace, pak z ní vylezlo, že je tam asi 14 dnů, ale že by se někoho šla zeptat, nebo předala telefon, polovinu věci, co jsem se dočetla na stránkách mi řekla jinak a jak to tam chodí mi řekla až kamarádka, která zde chodí cvičit. Takže bych příště doporučila vedení vybírat lépe zaměstnance a nebo je minimálně lépe proškolit a nechat je 3 měsíce pracovat s někým, koho se mohou zeptat, neboť mě to určitě odradilo dát k vám cvičit dítě, natož sebe po takovém rozhovoru.
