D	Dzmitry Tsitkou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually ordered here once a week since I moved nearby a year ago and in 4 out of 5 cases they miss something, make orders wrong or may completely mix your order with someone's else. In case if it is delivery it's usually easy to prove that something is wrong with your order. In case you decided to pickup food yourself without using any apps to order then you may find yourself fooled. Because no one will do a * for you and no one will do refund. It is also useless to write to Mac's contacts about how they work here, or about how your order was mixed up or something else. They won't even apologize or give you discount coupon for next order. They basically don't give a * about anything. It's the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and the worst administration and support I spoke to

A	Andreas Felde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A normal McDonald's standard. Unfortunately we didn't get what we ordered (to take away). We ordered double McRoyal and we get a normal (not double) McRoyal. In the futer we will check our orders.

When I discovered this at home I have tried to contact McDonald support and didnt receive any help or compensation, only prolonged mail conversation without any solution. I suggest different establishment if you can.

He replaced the order added hot fries and offered the mistaken order too. It was great to explain to my 11 year old daughter the importance of great customer service and a job well done and in building a very loyal customer
J	Jana Bruna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average fast food, but what I intend to evaluate is the quality of services. Theit staff is nice and quick. Toilets are always clean and for free for the customers. Parking lots are available outside and you can sit both inside and outside.
