Everything is ok for one stop for traveling. However you can not pay with credit card in the selfservice screens

This is the mc Donald’s with the longest waiting time for my order if ever been to. Waiting for more than 45 minutes for the menue. If you can just avoid this restaurant.

Good coffee and good price with a smile from a young person full of beans....

Personal is very slowly work...I have waited my order 10 min...

Visited this outlet twice on my way to and from Prague to Germany. A decent outline with very clean facilities from the inside of the store to the toilet facilities. Absolutely clean and well maintained. I'm so surprise at some comments here about the cleanliness of the outlet, maybe they have improved over time. Also this outlet accepts credit card and this is highly commended.... keep it up.

As usual a good McDonalds on the highway. Last stop for a coffee on the highway to get out of the Czech border. Stopped there just for refreshment. The McD was well maintained, clean and the service was very fast.Within minutes I was back on the road.

The worst mcdonalds I ever ate. The chips were gross and the "fresh maestro beef burger" disgusting and inedible. Even a stray hungry cat refused to eat the "beef". I'm not sure what it is but it's not food!! From now on I will only goto McDonald's in social situations and never on my own accord.

Atrocious service, if I may even call it that. Firstly, the facilities were ridden with filth (food and napkins strewn about, pools of urine beneath urinals, used toilet paper on the floor, dirty toilet seats). Furthermore, the “fast” in fast food was abjectly missing. After having waited for twenty minutes, and after people way after me having been served, I went to inquire as to the whereabouts of my order. (Around 20:30 p.m., on the 10.04.2022.) I was puzzled, as the restaurant was rather empty, making this all the more incredible. I was answered by a waitress, Natália, who said aggressively that I just had to wait. Thus, in order to receive my order, I had to engage in an argument. I responded to her by asking for a refund, if the food was not ready in three minutes (please note that it was merely one McRoyal burger, a bottle of water and two packets of fries). In the end, we got our order, though not without having to put up a fight for it. Frankly, I find this sort of treatment unacceptable. If you are travelling to Germany, there is a KFC at the border that I would recommend instead (a few kilometres further than the McDonalds) which has is cleaner, has a better and much more pleasant service and is even less crowded. I sincerely hope that this will in McDonald’s Rozvadov change, as I am otherwise fond of McDonald’s.
