K	Kateřina Koutková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už do tohoto obchodu nikdy nepůjdu - naprosto vzhledem i chováním odpuzující prodavač, který zákazníky spíše vyhání než aby je obsloužil! Můj syn si chtěl koupit školní aktovku, ale raději jsme odešli, než abychom strpěli nervozitu a nesnášenlivost prodavače. Takže jsme šli ke konkurenci. I will never go to this store again - a salesman who is repulsive by appearance and behavior, who expels customers rather than serving them! My son wanted to buy a school bag, but we left rather than put up with the salesman's nervousness and intolerance. So we went to the competition.

Včera jsem se dostavila do Mcpen s tím, abych požádala o výměnu 1 fixy (originál zabalená + účtenka), zakoupená předchozí den, za jiný druh fixy. Požadovaný typ bohužel nebyl v nabídce, tak jsem požádala o vrácení peněz (99 Kč). Došlo na odmítnutí s tím, že nejsou povinni peníze za zboží vracet a že je to takto uvedeno v reklamačním řádu (RŘ). Požádala jsem o nahlédnutí do RŘ a konkrétní informaci, kterou mi obsluha sdělila. Po minutovém hledání příslušného textu na 3 stránkách RŘ obsluha nic nenašla. Trvala jsem teda znovu na vrácení peněz. Domluva bohužel nebyla možná. Dostavil se druhý pracovník, který vzniklou situaci vyhodnotil tak, že pokud je zboží originál zabalené + účtenka, tak peníze můžou vrátit. Nato ovšem přebral informaci od první obsluhy a ihned papouškoval to samé. Situaci "rozstřelil" památečnou větou, že RŘ je přece určen na reklamace a nikoliv na vrácení nepoškozeného zboží!!! IQ obou zaměstnanců tímto chováním nepřesáhlo hodnotu včerejšího data. Dovolat se vedoucí, se kterou jsem chtěla mluvit, se personálu nepodařilo (??!!). Od včerejšího dne končí v naší rodině jakékoliv nákupy od této firmy!! Absolutní STOP pro McPen!! NEDOPORUČUJEME!! Yesterday's experience with McPen at OC Eden. Yesterday I arrived in McPen to request an exchange of 1 marker (original packaged + receipt), purchased the day before, for another type of marker. Unfortunately, the required type was not available, so I asked for a refund (99 CZK). There was a refusal stating that they are not obliged to return the money for the goods and that this is stated in the complaint procedure (RŘ). I asked for an insight into the RŘ and the specific information provided by the staff. After a minute search for the relevant text on 3 pages of the RŘ, the staff did not find anything. So I insisted on a refund again. Unfortunately, an agreement was not possible. A second employee appeared, who evaluated the situation so that if the goods are the original packaged + a receipt, they can return the money. Then, however, he took over the information from the first attendant and immediately parroted the same thing. He "fired" the situation with a memorable sentence that the RŘ is intended for complaints and not for the return of undamaged goods !!! The IQ of both employees did not exceed the value of yesterday's date. The staff I wanted to talk to failed the staff (?? !!). As of yesterday, any purchases from this company end in our family !! Absolute STOP for McPen !! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND !!
