Je mi líto, že jsem vůbec rušil a snažil se něco vysvětlit, evidentně její osobní antipatie, vysvětlily všechno dřív, než jsem došel do ordinace. Profesionální přístup na úrovni nezaujaté úřednice, kterou obtěžujete tím, že jste se dostavili.
Je mi velmi líto pacientů, kteří by se nedejbože v krizové situaci setkali s takovouto péčí.
