Po vstupním vyšetření ale začala kompletní ignorace ze strany tohoto stomatologického centra. Po mnoha telefonátech a emailech z mé i přítelovy strany nám bylo řečeno, že se nám pan doktor se ozve co nejdříve. Ovšem nikdo se nám z kliniky DVA ROKY neozval a to ani před výše zmíněné emaily, což je s profesionalitou jakékoliv kliniky neslučitelné. In November 2015 I brought my boyfriend to this dental clinic to be screened for a dental braces plan. He is a foreigner and therefore a private patient/not covered by health insurance in the Czech Republic. After paying around a hundred pounds for the initial examination it was agreed with the dental clinic they would get in touch via email/phone. However, they did not get in touch at all for TWO YEARS - despite both me and my boyfriend emailing and calling them repeatedly. Every time I spoke to them on the phone they said the doctor would get in touch with us via email/phone soon. If you have loads of money to flush down the toilet, this is the place for you. In November 2015, I took to this office for an entrance examination for braces of my friend who is a foreigner and therefore a self-payer, who paid a significant amount for the initial examination. After the initial examination, however, a complete ignorance of this dental center began. After many phone calls and e-mails from me and my friend, we were told that the doctor would contact us as soon as possible. However, no one has contacted us from the clinic TWO YEARS even before the above mentioned emails, which is incompatible with the professionalism of any clinic. M	Marek Machajdík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rovnátka mám již skoro 5 let a za týden jdu na sundaní. Mám je kvůli srůstajícím jedničkách nahoře. Schválně mi byly vytrženy 2 zdravé zuby a na konci této léčby mám opět přední zuby přes sebe i s nasazeným rovnátky. Rodiče zainvestovali skoro 30 000 a rovnátka jsem měl nosit 1,5 roku, maximálně 2 roky a jsou z toho 4 roky a 7 měsíců. Rozhodně nedoporučuji. I have braces for almost 5 years and I take off in a week. I got them because of the rising ones. Two healthy teeth were deliberately ripped out and at the end of this treatment I have my front teeth over and with braces on. My parents invested nearly 30,000 and I was supposed to wear braces for 1.5 years, for a maximum of 2 years, of which 4 years and 7 months. Definitely not recommended.

I can only recommend dental hygiene for a professional approach ... So the doctor, who always explains everything ... is pleasant and relaxed.

V roce 2017 byla synovi na této klinice provedena extrakce 37 a 47 a autotransplantace zubů 38 a 48, kterou provedl MDDr. Novosad. Za provedení této náročné operace a její úspěch děkuji a také celému týmu, který se na tomto výkonu podílel, za nabídku vhodného termínu operace, vstřícnost a komunikaci. Tuto kliniku doporučuji všem, kteří hledají řešení jinde neřešitelného problému. Profesionalni personál, příjemné vystupování. ‌ I would like to thank MUDr. Mark, who helped us solve the complicated situation created during orthodontic treatment of our son (15 years). In 2017, the son at this clinic was subjected to extraction of 37 and 47 and autotransplantation of teeth 38 and 48 by MDDr. Novosad. Thank you for performing this demanding operation and its success, as well as for the whole team that participated in this performance, for offering a suitable operation date, helpfulness and communication. I recommend this clinic to all who are looking for a solution to a problem that cannot be solved elsewhere. Professional staff, pleasant behavior.
