★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 let, možná déle, chodím k doktoru Smrčkovi. Kdyby bylo vše tak jednoduché. Zdravé Zuby = Smrček. Kdo tu nebyl tak si zuby možná i ve 40-ti špatně čistí. Je důležité mít vlastní zuby. To je jeho motto.
For 15 years, maybe longer, I've been going to see Dr. Smrček. If everything was that simple. Healthy Teeth = Spruce. If you weren't here, you might brush your teeth badly even at 40. It is important to have your own teeth. That is his motto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi hezke prostredi ktere pusobi velmi profesionalnim dojmem. Myslela jsem si ze muj byvaly zubar pouziva nove profi prostroje. A pak jsem zjistila ze medicina je mnohem dal. Muj byvaly doktro mi chtel vytrhnout zub ktere se mi nedarilo vylecot pul roku. Zub zachranen doktorem Smrckem.
Very nice environment that makes a very professional impression. I thought my former dentist was using a new professional. And then I found out that medicine gave them a lot. My ex-doctor wanted to pull out a tooth that I couldn't polish for half a year. Tooth rescued by Dr. Smrck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochotný mladý zubař (vypadal na 18), po vytrhnutí zubu nepravdivě informoval, že je výplň dásně nutné za pár týdnů vybrat, aby vytvořil další účtovatelný úkon, přičemž nakonec z něj přes email vypadlo, že je vstřebatelná (předtím říkal, že jen nit se vstřebá). Komunikace celkově jako s „ofouklým puberťákem“, se všemi těmi tupými ironiemi a sarkasmy, o jejichž vtipnosti je sebeiluzorně přesvědčen jen daný narcistní jedinec. A nemluvím o socialistické Poště z osmdesátých let, ale plně hrazeném soukromníkovi. Chodit jen při nesnesitelné bolesti, když budou mít všude plno, na zubní pohotovosti vypadne elektřina a bude již zavřena i veterina a řeznictví... (když už jsme se tedy dostali na tuto úroveň komunikace)

And I am not talking about the socialist Post of the 1980s, but a fully paid private person. To walk only in unbearable pain, when they are full everywhere, the dental emergency will drop out of electricity and the veterinary and butcher shop will be closed ... (when we have reached this level of communication)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme s dcerou navštívili Zubní centrum MUDr.Jakuba Smrčka. Moc mile mě překvapilo prostředí. Nádherné, čisté, moc příjemné. Recepční také moc milá. Navíc nás vzali do týdne, ikdyž jsme nebyli stávající pacienti. Samotné vyšetření bylo také super. K dceři (2,5roku) se chovali moc hezky, mě vše vysvětlili, postup, možnosti, nechali si i sdělit můj názor na celou situaci. Byla jsem tam opravdu moc spokojená, navíc i cena za vyšetření /bez pojištovny/ i s malým rentgenem byla 500 Kč, což je na Prahu a na takto krásné centrum parádní cena. Ještě jednou děkuji a vím kam se v případě potřeby mohu obrátit. Rozhodně doporučuji všema deseti...
Today, my daughter and I visited the Dental Center MUDr.Jakub Smrčka. I was very pleasantly surprised by the environment. Beautiful, clean, very nice. The receptionist is also very nice. In addition, they took us within a week, even though we were not existing patients. The examination itself was also great. To the daughter (2.5 years) they behaved very nicely, explained everything to me, the procedure, the possibilities, they also gave me my opinion about the whole situation. I was really very happy there, plus the price for the examination / without insurance / even with a small X-ray was CZK 500, which is a great price for Prague and such a beautiful center. Thank you again and I know where to go if necessary. I definitely recommend all ten ...
