I would like to point out in advance that I have no problem with the doctor. The doctor is a man in her place. She's a nurse, because of which I always lose my temper and I'm definitely not the only one. Calling a doctor's office is a superhuman act. Even if I dial the number for an hour and a half in the hope that someone will finally pick it up for me (instead of the nurse picking up your phone and answering the call quickly, she would rather hang it up for a few minutes). In the approximately 3 years that I have been going there, I have managed to call only twice. And then the nurse told me on the phone that I would have to come in person, that she would not advise me on the phone. When a person arrives, he waits for the queue in the waiting room, which is usually not long, but for some mystical reason, even if the person is 4th in line, he will get to the turn after two hours. The nurse is wasting time with people who are "just going to ask for something" or "are just going to have their medicine written" and those who have been waiting in the waiting room since morning then wait even longer. And it's like a pearl on a cake, when you finally get inside, you report to your sister what's wrong with you, and she explicitly buzzes you on the spot, why you're going there in such a state that you should have called. At such a moment, you feel like sending your nurse to places where even the sun does not shine. Another interesting thing is that every time I physically arrive at the waiting room, I see some adjustment of the office clock on the door. Honestly, it's beautiful that you have it hanging on the door, but if it's not anywhere on the Internet (and no one answers the phone), then it's sick for two things ... Concluding remarks: jak 50x. The nurse never picked up the phone. She posted it twice for that.

Unfortunately, I have to join below with the same complaint about a really incompetent nurse who, as the review below stated, absolutely fails to fulfill her duties and the phone just lets the bell ring and ring. I have never been able to call yet, and during a personal visit I was scolded for not calling.
