Ordinace moderní, čekárna též, nedaleko od metra Budějovická. Za mě spokojenost. Professional approach, ordering on time works, without waiting for extra, communication over the phone is stuck, but I understand that when you prescribe there is no time to take phones. Modern surgery, waiting room as well, not far from the Budějovická metro station. Satisfaction for me.

Jednou jsem zavolala, jestli by mě nevzala, že mě bolí už delší dobu zub. Řekla mi ať přijdu, ráno v ordinaci mi řekla že na mě nemá čas,f rkla mi tam něco a ať se objednám za 14 dní. Samozřejmě, že mi to z pusy vypadlo cca 5 minut po odchodu z ordinace. Se zubem jsem skončila na pohotovosti. Nikdy více k takové zubařce. This doctor's behavior is extreme. Arrogance, unprofessional approach, how many times do I not even understand how badly she speaks Czech. I called once to see if she would take me, that my tooth had been in pain for a long time. She told me to come, she told me in the morning in the surgery that she didn't have time for me, she said something to me and that I would order in 14 days. Of course, it fell out of my mouth about 5 minutes after leaving the surgery. I'm done with the tooth in the emergency room. Never again to such a dentist.

Hodně oceňuji, že mají každé ráno před ordinační dobou vyhrazený čas, pro první pomoc - to už dneska nemá skoro nikdo a přitom se to dost hodí. Very nice and smiling lady doctor. Great approach and always help me. I really appreciate that they have a dedicated time every morning before the office, for first aid - almost no one has that today, and at the same time it is quite suitable.
S	Sabie K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Před několika lety jsem si zde ,,nechávala srovnat" zuby fixními rovnátky. Zuby se mi opět po pár letech zkřivily a na základě vyšetření mé současné zubní lékařky jsem se dozvěděla, že to vypadá, jako bych nikdy rovnátka nenosila! Navíc je mám ,,srovnané" tak, že z toho mám větší zubní vadu, než jsem měla ještě před nimi. Kromě toho má paní doktorka hodně neprofesionální přístup. Nikdy nic nevysvětlila, nevěděla jsem dopředu, jak bude léčba konkrétně probíhat... Velké zklamání a s odstupem pár let a v porovnání s jinými profesionálními ortodontisty velice lituji, že jsem sem chodila. Definitely not recommended. A few years ago, I "had my teeth" fixed with braces here. My teeth twisted again after a few years, and based on an examination by my current dentist, I learned that it looks like I've never worn braces! compared "so that I have a bigger dental defect than I had before. In addition, the doctor has a very unprofessional approach. She never explained anything, I didn't know in advance how the treatment would work ... Great disappointment and a few years later, and in comparison with other professional orthodontists, I am very sorry that I came here.
P	Petra Šatná on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Během léčby jsem paní doktorce důvěřovala. Navštěvovala jsem ji já i mé tři děti. Všichni jsme odešly s rovnými zuby a všem nám se i přes pečlivé několikaleté nošení rovnátek na noc, zuby stále rozjíždějí. Nejvíce nejmladší dceři, která kvůli aroganci sestry vůči 13-ti leté plaché dívce byla taková, že už odmítla i kontrolu. Rovnátka si dcera uschovala, dle doporučení, aby je mohla doktorka eventuálně nasadit zpět. Dcera chtěla po 5 ti letech nasadit pouze spodní čelist, jelikož navzdory pravidelnému nočnímu nasazování sundavacích rovnátek, se jí zuby rozjely. Po několika nezvednutých telefonech, sestra jak jinak, než arogantně odpověděla, že už ji paní doktorka nemá v kartotéce a že to nepřipadá v úvahu. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem paní doktorce jen já ( nepočítám pojišťovnu ) uhradila cca 90.000-, čekala bych alespoň trochu slušnosti. Opravdu katastrofa. Nikomu naprosto nedoporučuji, pokud nechcete strávit zbytek života s rovnátky na noc nebo u jiného lékaře. During the treatment, I trusted the doctor. I and my three children visited it. The youngest daughter, who, due to her sister's arrogance towards the 13-year-old shy girl, was such that she had already refused control. The daughter kept the braces, as recommended, so that the doctor could put them back on. After 5 years, her daughter only wanted to put on her lower jaw, because despite the regular nightly putting on of the removal braces, her teeth started. After a few unanswered phones, the nurse replied other than arrogantly that the doctor no longer had her in the file cabinet and that it was out of the question. Since I was the only doctor (not counting the insurance company) to pay the doctor about 90,000, I would expect at least a little decency. Really a disaster. I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone if you do not want to spend the rest of your life with braces at night or at another doctor.
