Z	Zuzana Muchova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem byla s dcerou vyndat 3 stehy na hlavě. Dcera 2,5let. Paní doktorka se na dcerku ani nepodívala a nechala to na sestřiček. Ta byla milá, ale nervózní a moc ji to nešlo. Stehy byly dobře utažené. Dcera začala plakat a trhat s sebou. Nešlo dál pokračovat. Sestřička vyndala jeden steh a střihla ji. Přišla paní doktorka, vzala mi jí, položila na lehátko, stále v sesterně, přitlačila ji k lehátku, nic ji neřekla ani nevysvětlila a řekla sestře, která stala a byla z toho asi překvapená, ať ji to jde vyndat. Malá řvala, řekla jsem paní doktorce, že to tak nechci, ať to nedělá! Už jsme jí tam trápily před tím asi 5-10min. Ona mne neposlouchala. Opakovala jsem to, a stále nic. Odsunula jsem doktorku z dcery a vzala si ji. Paní doktorka mi nadala, že jsem si dceru “dostatečně nepřipravila a že mi to v pubertě dcerka vrátí!“ Byla s semou i starší 19 letá dcera, ta už to nevydržela a odešla. Plakala venku. Odešly jsme, starší dcera potom malé vyndala stehy bezbolestně doma u pohádky. Dnešní zážitek byl strašný!!! Vím, že to jde i jinak. K pani doktorce už nepůjdeme. Today I was with my daughter to take out 3 stitches on my head. Daughter 2.5 years. The doctor didn't even look at her daughter and left it to the nurses. She was nice, but nervous and she couldn't do much. The stitches were well tightened. The daughter began to cry and tear with herself. It was impossible to continue. The nurse took out one stitch and cut it. The doctor came, took it from me, laid it on the couch, still in the nurse's office, pushed her against the couch, didn't say or explain anything, and told the nurse who had become and was probably surprised that she could be taken out. The little one was screaming, I told the doctor I didn't want her to do it! We've been bothering her there for about 5-10 minutes before that. She didn't listen to me. I repeated it, and still nothing. I pushed the doctor away from my daughter and married her. The doctor told me that I had not "prepared my daughter enough and that my daughter would return it to me as a teenager!" There was also an older 19-year-old daughter with me, she could not stand it and left. She was crying outside. We left, the older daughter then took out the little stitches painlessly at home at the fairy tale. Today's experience was terrible !!! I know it's different. We're not going to the doctor's.

Děkujeme :) Great doctor and nurse. They always advise them open to discussion, choosing an individual approach. It does not follow the general tables, which is great. Thank you :)

Jako prvorodička oceňuji přátelskou atmosféru ordinace i empatii, kdy pro mě bylo vše nové a přitom jsem se necítila jakkoliv hloupě či nepatřičně. Děkuji za příjemnou zkušenost. The visit as part of the child's first check-up after birth, the doctor and the nurse were very friendly, answered all questions and met whenever the situation required. As a first-born woman, I appreciate the friendly atmosphere of the surgery and empathy, when everything was new to me and at the same time I did not feel at all stupid or inappropriate. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Přešli jsme k jinému obvodnímu lékaři a nyní si nemůžeme stěžovat. We had a son and a daughter at the doctor's, but unfortunately we never met with a successful solution to the problem. We went to another GP and now we can't complain.
