Takže když máte potíže a praktický lékař vás pošle na ORL tak si prostě počkáte... :/ Tomu se říká kvalitní servis :( ? Never a problem until today, but the empty waiting room won't take me ... Only to order and at the earliest in a month. So if you have a problem and the general practitioner sends you to the ENT, you just wait ...: / This is called quality service :( ?
J	Jakub Bíba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme byli u pana doktora poprvé s novorozeným synem na prvním malém zásahu (uzdička) a odcházeli jsme velice mile překvapeni přístupem, jak sestřičky, tak pana doktora. Oba moc hodní a potvrzuji, že s dětmi to opravdu umí. Today we were at the doctor's for the first time with our newborn son on the first small intervention (bridle) and we left very pleasantly surprised by the approach of both the nurse and the doctor. They are both very kind and I confirm that he really can do it with children.

Jediný doktor, který byl ve velmi krátké době schopný mi říct, co mi je a úspěšně to léčit. Narozdíl od jiných odborníků včetně vyhlášeného ušního sanatoria kde mi řekli že mi nic není a neví jak mi pomoc. The best ENT doctor in Prague. Super approach, human and normal, nurse too. The only doctor who was able to tell me what was wrong with me in a very short time and successfully treat it. Unlike other experts, including the famous ear sanatorium where they told me that I was fine and did not know how to help me.
A	Alexandra Peverell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborný pan doktor. Se synem chodím již pár let k různým odborníkům kvůli opakovaným infektům nosohltanu a horních dýchacích cest. Bohužel je v dnešní době problém najít lékaře, který se opravdu o své pacienty zajímá a má lidský přístup + umí to s dětmi. Doposud jsem neměla tak dobrou zkušenost jako s panem doktorem. Čekání je sice delší (čas na který Vás objednají je pouze orientační) a čeká se venku, před vchodem do bytového domu, případně před vstupem do čekárny na schodišti (bohužel kvůli covidu není možné čekat v čekárně). Objednací lhůty jsou delší, ale pořád kratší než i jiných ORL (V Poliklinice Budějovická nám řekli 2 měsíce). Pokud trpíte chronickým problémem, opravdu se oplatí počkat, jak na termín, tak i chvíli venku, než se dostanete na řadu. Pán doktor i sestra jsou moc milí a příjemní lidé, navíc pan doktor je opravdu odborník, bez nějakých dlouhých a bolestivých vyšetření hned řekl, co synovi je (a měl pravdu). Excellent doctor. I have been going to various experts with my son for several years due to recurrent infections of the nasopharynx and upper respiratory tract. Unfortunately, nowadays it is a problem to find a doctor who is really interested in his patients and has a human approach + he can do it with children. I have not had as good experience as with the doctor. The waiting is longer (the time for which you are ordered is only indicative) and it is waiting outside, in front of the entrance to the apartment building, or before entering the waiting room on the stairs (unfortunately due to the covid it is not possible to wait in the waiting room). Ordering deadlines are longer, but still shorter than other ENTs (The Polyclinic Budějovická told us 2 months). If you suffer from a chronic problem, it really pays to wait both for a date and for a while outside before it's your turn. The doctor and the nurse are very nice and pleasant people, in addition, the doctor is really an expert, without any long and painful examinations he immediately said what his son is (and he was right).
