Pan doktor nic nepodceňuje a klade velký důraz na prevenci. Při jakémkoliv podezření problém se věnuje problému, případně odesílá ke specialistovi. Vždy je mi vše perfektně vysvětleno. Děkuji a doporučuji tento tým všem, kterým záleží na svém zdraví. Rozhodně nečekejte ten typ praxe, kam přijdete s vlastní diagnózou z internetu a nadiktujete si sami recept. Oceňuji také výbornou komunikaci, sestřička aktivně volá a reaguje na SMS, takže syndrom přeplněných čekáren a nápisů "neklepat, pořadí pacientů určuje lékař" atp. zde nehrozí. Doporučuji hlavně těm, kdo berou své zdraví vážně. Satisfaction. The doctor has a great overview, does not underestimate the symptoms and sends them for specialized examinations. Definitely do not expect the type of practice where you come with your own diagnosis from the Internet and dictate the recipe yourself. I also appreciate the excellent communication, the nurse actively calls and responds to SMS, so the syndrome of overcrowded waiting rooms and the words "do not knock, the order of patients is determined by the doctor", etc. there is no danger here. I recommend it especially to those who take their health seriously.
S	Simona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan doktor je odborník, bezesporu, raději udělá nějaká vyšetření navíc, než aby něco zanedbal. Chování sestry však už tak dobré není, i když ze začátku jsem s ní problém neměla. Nicméně nyní, pokud máte nějaké otázky na pana doktora navíc (o kterých dopředu ona nevěděla a má chvíli po vás dalšího pacienta), pak je velmi nepříjemná, protože "nestíhá" vzít další pacienty na čas. Nemluvím o následném ponižování před dalšími pacienty v čekárně, když čekám, než se z vyšetření panem doktorem vrátí i maminka, která z ordinace vyjde ještě více vystresovaná právě sestrou. Pokud si nepamatujete podrobné výsledky svých pár měsíců starých vyšetření např. krve, tak jste pro ni ignorant, kterého nezajímá vlastní zdraví. K panu doktorovi nemám co špatného říci, ale nemám tak pevné nervy a vyřídilku na to nyní zvládnout sestru, bojím se k nim jen pokoušet objednat při potížích, natož tam osobně jít, takže přecházím k jinému lékaři, bohužel. However, now, if you have any extra questions to the doctor (which she did not know in advance and has another patient for a while), then it is very annoying because it "misses" taking other patients on time. I am not talking about the subsequent humiliation in front of other patients in the waiting room when I wait for the mother to return from the examination by the doctor, who comes out of the office even more stressed by the nurse. If you do not remember the detailed results of your few months old examinations such as blood, then you are ignorant for her, not interested in your own health. I have nothing wrong to say to the doctor, but I do not have such a strong nerve and the urge to handle the nurse now, I'm afraid to just try to order them in trouble, let alone go there, so I'm switching to another doctor, unfortunately.
B	Barbora Řeháčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K MUDr. Bendovi jsem chodila během mé VŠ a jeho přístup mě velice kladně překvapil - byla jsem vždy zvyklá, že návštěva praktického lékaře nezabrala moc času, napsaly se léky a konec. Tak to je ale nebylo v jeho případě, kdy se pan doktor opravdu snažil přijít na příčinu a neváhal poslat člověka na testy. Moc si takového přístupu vážím! Děkuji! K MUDr. I went to Bend during my university and his approach surprised me very positively - I was always used to the fact that the visit to the general practitioner did not take much time, the medication was written and the end. However, this was not the case in his case, when the doctor really tried to find out the cause and did not hesitate to send a person for tests. I really appreciate such an approach! Thank you!
