The doctor was very unpleasant and arrogant. 2 times I was ordered to termin. 2 times min. he waited for half an hour. Treatment quality 0 stars. I don't recommend.

Opravdu trpělivě a laskavě jedná s pacienty a s respektem s kolegyněmi i podřízenými. Doctor very pleasant. He devotes himself and gives insight to the problems from other side than I see as a patient. He treats patients patiently and kindly and with respect to colleagues and subordinates.

Dojel jsem o něco dřív, ale zazmatkoval jsem a došel jsem do Mediclinic do Centra Šumavská, kde mi velice ochotná (sestřička recepční nevím nechci urazit) sdělila, že jsem objednaný na Kounicovu 27 (GPS ukazuje 5 minut) a v tom mi volá sestřička, ze správné ordinace kde jsem, že paní doktorka spěchá domů na což jsem se omluvil a sdělil, že tam budu do chvilky, sestřička, že tedy vyčká a položila. To bylo asi 5 minut po čase ve kterém jsem měl dojít, utíkal jsem tedy na Kounicovu a po doběhnutí mi sestřička sdělila, že paní doktorka už tu není. Nejspíš si chtěla prodloužit víkend. Byla to moje blbost, ale dost mě to v takové situaci vytočilo. Přeji hezké dny a dochvilné pacienty, jsme jen lidi. I arrived a little earlier, but I got confused and went to Mediclinice in the Šumavská Center, where I was very willing (the receptionist nurse I don't want to offend) told me that I had been booked at Kounicova 27 (GPS shows me 5 minutes) and my nurse was calling, from the right surgery where I am, that the doctor is in a hurry home, to which I apologized and said that I would be there in a moment, nurse, that she would wait and lay down. It was about 5 minutes after the time I was supposed to arrive, so I ran to Kounicova and after finishing, the nurse told me that the doctor was no longer here. She probably wanted to extend the weekend. It was my stupidity, but it turned me on a lot in such a situation. Have a nice day and punctual patients, we are just people.
M	M H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Řešil jsem docela komplikované delší zdravotní potíže. Předchozí lékař problém neidentifikoval. Proto jsem hledal pomoc jinde. Paní doktorka ale po vyšetření a několika testech problém identifikovala a navrhla novou léčbu. Aktuálně se můj zdravotní stav výrazně zlepšil díky paní doktorce. Také komunikace je velice profesionální i vstřícná. A to se týkalo jak komunikace s paní doktorkou, tak se sestřičkou. Ordinaci můžu určitě doporučit. I was dealing with quite complicated longer health problems. The previous doctor did not identify the problem. That's why I was looking for help elsewhere. However, after examination and several tests, the doctor identified the problem and suggested a new treatment. Currently, my health has improved significantly thanks to the doctor. Communication is also very professional and helpful. And that concerned both communication with the doctor and the nurse. I can definitely recommend the surgery.
H	H. L. B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní sestra i doktorka. Absolutně neprofesionální. Čekala jsem jako jediný pacient v čekárně, před očima ceduli Neklepat! Sestra pravidelně vychází. Téměř po hodině, kdy ze dveří nevylezl vůbec nikdo, jsem se odvážila zaklepat a zeptala se, zda mě někdo ošetří, že mám akutní stav a dovolila jsem si sestře vytknout, že se ani jednou neobtezovala vylézt z ordinace. Ta řekla, že vyřizuje emaily a až bude mít čas, tak vyleze ven. Řekla, že se jde zeptat doktorky, jestli mě vezme a výsledek byl, že mě odmítla vyšetřit, Ikdyz jsem několikrát řekla, že mám akutní stav a bolesti. Nakonec mi to přišla oznámit i samotná doktorka, že mám jít v budově k jinému lékaři, že mě neošetří. Pravda, byla jsem podrážděná a nepříjemná, protože to měly obě naprosto na háku. Almost an hour later, when no one had ever climbed out of the door, I dared to knock and ask if anyone would treat me for my acute condition, and allowed myself to point out to my sister that she had never bothered to get out of the office. She said she handled emails and would climb out when she had time. She said she could be asked by the doctor if she would take me, and the result was that she refused to examine me, although I said several times that I had an acute condition and pain. Eventually, the doctor herself came to tell me that I should go to another doctor in the building, that she would not treat me. True, I was irritated and uncomfortable because they were both on the hook.
