On the negative side: they did not seem to do a thourough job with dental hygiene. Teeth did not feel clean like they did after dental hygiene in a different place.
Inside the office is fine, but the entrance to it is not clean or tidy at all, looks quite depressive to be honest.
Another negative experience was with the insurance. They don't work with insurance companies for dental hygiene, but if you apply for insurance compensation on your own, the insurance company will call the office to confirm the details. The office failed to pick up any calls from my insurance company, so I did not get the compensation.
