★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to taste awesome natural wine, you would love this place. Buy some bottles after tasting, you won’t regret.
Don’t forget to wear warm clothes – the temperature is always around 10 degrees C. And tell the hosts if you have any special diet :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We already visited Medek Winery multiple times, and each time it was a lovely experience. We really enjoyed wine testing with Jarek, and we learned many interesting things about the wine as well. The winery is situated in a beautiful environment. I highly recommend it to anybody who's either looking for a great wine or just want to have a wonderful time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for 3 nights on several occasions and visited 2 different wine cellars. The atmosphere is simply amazing, you'll taste a few different wine varieties right among barrels. Around you are bottles of wine from different years, you can feel it in the air. The owner and his wife live by their wine, they are awesome people, easy to talk to and they will tell you valuable information about each variety of the wine they serve. Food is a part of the wine tasting, excellent is homemade baguette with pâté, for example. Night like this is undoubtly one of the best experiences you'll find in Moravia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ever wine test!!! Owner was very king and his knowledge was huge. I finally know how to taste wine. I tasted few white and red wines and I found my favorite kind. Thank you for everything and I will recommend you to every trip which we will organize in this region. See you soon :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We knew Medek wines and we were absolutely sure nothing would beat our beloved Hibernal.
Then we got to the cellar and Jaromir proved us wrong. He got our taste just right and poured
Muscaris at the end of the tasting. Well, we ended up taking two bottles with us. And that’s just
because we travelled by train and could not carry any more. We also appreciated the tasting
without drinking option for a teetotaller. He probably got the most out of it, “experiencing” the
wines more, since he only focused on the taste in his mouth.
The accommodation itself had everything we needed. A well-equipped kitchen where we had no
trouble cooking (and getting our morning dose of caffeine), a living room where we could chat in
the evenings, and absolutely dreamy soft duvets we happily buried ourselves in, having
explored Uherske Hradiste all day. It is a pity the weather was not in our favour most of the time,
we would have made better use of the terrace with a gorgeous view otherwise.
We will be back. And with the kids and bikes next time. Thank you!
