Společnost MediaTrust Communications byla založena v roce 1997 jako full-servisová komunikační agentura.
V roce 2004 se MediaTrust Communications stala přidruženým členem mezinárodní sítě Manning Selvage & Lee (MS&L).
Zakladatelem, jednatelem a zároveň majoritním vlastníkem agentury je Dr. Borek Severa.
Agentura MediaTrust Communications přešla v roce 2008 na partnerský model řízení společnosti. Partnery jsou JUDr. Madeleine Neuse, Ing. Kristian Hanko a Michal Peterka.
V současnosti tvoří tým agentury 6 zaměstnanců a externích spolupracovníků. Pravidelné služby jsou poskytovány 14 klientům.
